Budget Inn Muskogee

"Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma."

"This hotel stay was what I expected. I have stayed at other similar hotels in this area and they are all about the same. The room was fine and large enough. The breakfast which is included was typical with some hot items and pastries etc. I usually stick to oatmeal, yogurt and the make it yourself waffles which were good. Fruit options are not good. The main complaint was one set of elevators and an outside side door were non operational and didn't appear to be fixed any time soon. Easy walk to a Starbucks and the Olive Garden though. Easy to access the main roads from Hotel."

"Room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The Breakfast was good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and experience. The only drawback was, in the middle of my 5 day stay, I had to vacate the room because the room was getting it's maintenance spray for bedbugs. Kind of timely since the night before, I was bitten in the middle of the night on my stomach. I think it was maybe a spider bite because it got really red and hurt and itched for days. I can still see a red area on my stomach were it was and that was 3 weeks ago. I've never had any experience with bedbugs, so I don't know what the bite would look like."

"My ac unit did not work in the room. Staff was notified at night not moved. Next day maintenance said the compressor was not working. Still not moved or no refund"

"Staff was friendly and amazingly helpful. We had a missing drain plug for our tub and the manager at the desk, (the AMAZING pie lady) was super helpful and gave us a solution. Property is beautiful and is right near the main street in town, and a very quiet location. Only 2 complaints I have are 1. Theres a couple male cats roaming around, and occasionally youll walk out of your room to a male cat spray smell. Me personally, I can stand it, but just something to be honest about. 2. We might need to get with the times and offer more than antenna TV, at least upgrade to some smart TV's to help with variety. Overall I would give it a 8/10, would recommend if youre not too worried about staying in your room and plan to explore that this is the perfect value"
