Hotel is decent enough. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, although more on the firm side. Breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful and courteous.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms very clean. We specifically were looking for someplace with parking. There was NO parking. The only option was public street parking and naturally being in busy Munich there was none available. We had to park several blocks away in a very seedy area. The hotel does have contracts with the local parking garages for decreased rates however it was extremely inconvenienant.

Since there are not a lot of public garages offering a hotel partnership programm we are delighted to have this one, which is a 5 minute walk away and our guests can stay there at a cheaper rate. We are sorry that this service was inconvenient for you. best regards

Just stayed here with my family of 6. Great location, easy to walk to Marienplatz and shopping. Train and busses very close. The breakfast was great and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Staff was lovely and we would definitely come back here when we return to Munich!

Staff are friendly, location good, room was clean and looked like the advertised room/photos. However, beds were absolutely terrible. I’ve slept in a lot of bad beds in my life but NONE were as bad as this. One of us mentioned it to staff after first night and were told they have no other mattresses, they are all the same. I had a look at mattress under sheets and it’s just a hard dense foam mattress. No support at all. We can’t even move or walk properly. It completely ruined our stay in Munich and the remainder of our holiday due to the significant pain we are in. If the beds had of been comfortable, I’d stay again and recommend this place. But nope! Sleep is so important for health and functioning, but this hotel really skimmed and went for cheap foam mattresses with no consideration of their guests. Very disappointing. Avoid.

Great staff!
Lovely hotel - building is a little dated, however room was comfortable. Excellent service provided by reception staff - this was the highlight of our stay; they were extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was the location - close to the train station which was our main requirement, however a number of adult clubs on streets from station to hotel. This was something we were able to ignore however maybe be cautious if you have children.

A good hotel
A good hotel that is near train stations and restaurants- the Mediterranean grill restaurant next door is fantastic! Rooms were ok - carpet looked like it needed a good clean Front desk staff were lovely and helpful Breakfast was good

Very good experience at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and provided excellent service. You get the opportunity to leave the key with the reception desk whilst you explore Munich so you do not lose it, which I thought was a good touch. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel when you go to Munich as it is in a convenient place with excellent staff.

Nice hotel close to the central station
Nice hotell close by the central station. A bit of a weird neighborhood, but not necessarily unsafe. Not many vegan options for the breakfast.

I didn’t like the area as I didn’t feel safe and it was dirty. The location was perfect for walking to Oktoberfest this hotel is the most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I guess because of Oktoberfest? It’s nothing special. It’s a place to put your head.

Oktoberfest is the busiest time of the year. We had 7,2 million vistors during that time and we are very close to the venue. Your are right it is the time of the year were we have the highest seasonal rates. If you didnt come for the Oktoberfest, then you choosed the wrong timing and we can assure you, come again before or after the Oktoberfest and it will be different. ;-)best regards

A great Oktoberfest bargain.
Nice find for Oktoberfest! Easy walk to the fair. Staff were awesome! Breakfast was good with many choices. Rooms were not fancy. But clean and well maintained.

Exactly what we needed for a weekend at Oktoberfest! I stayed here with my wife and a pair of friends. We needed beds and a bathroom. We got that along with great service from the front desk, where there is a fridge full of reasonably priced beer. Fruhstuck was great, as well. I would definitely stay here again. Also, it's within a ten minute walk from the Theresenwiesen.

Stayed for Oktoberfest. Easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof, easy walk to the fest. Plenty of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner nearby and also a quick walk to the Stachus and Marienplatz. Staff were friendly and helpful when called upon.

Avoid this place!
My family had three rooms for four nights and left after the first night to stay at another hotel. My daughter found a used bandage stuck to her blanket and I found a clump of body hair trimmings inside the toilet which tells me their cleaning standards are not good. The rooms were comparable to college dormitory rooms - sterile, dirty carpets, plastic furniture. The area of town is basically the red light district. We walked a couple blocks to find dinner and had a prostitute call out to my adult son and had two men mark us and follow us until my son turned around and confronted them. My sons are tall guys and even they felt unsafe in this part of town.

We are sorry to read about you experiences.Did you know that we had the Oktoberfest going on during your stay? During that time the city is full with people enjoying this festival.Why didnt you tell us about the sheet and the rest when you came the next day? You only mentioned that you did not like the area and this we of course can not change. We are sorry that you expected a quiet area in the centre of munich, but during the Oktoberfest you will not find this close to the festival ground. best regards

Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location. It was very hot in munich and the rooms have no air conditioning only fans. The rooms got very hot making it difficult to sleep at night.

We do not have AC in our rooms, but provide fans during the summer.The majority in munich has no AC and we do sleep with open windows at night and in the morning we close the doors and curtains to make sure it stays colder.We have this time of the year were it is warm/hot and everybody is outside at the lakes/ public swimmung or at the isar and the nights are short.best regars
