“Excellent hotel in Marine Drive, value for money”

Excellent location, very friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, large breakfast buffet and exciting shopping! I would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again. The only slight disappointment was that the hotel did not offer much Indian food in its restaurants in the evening, an Indian buffet would have been nice.

We had a lovely stay at the Trident, Nariman Point Hotel. Our room was located on the 29th level so we had access to the club lounge which was nice to sit and have a cup of tea and a snack whilst admiring the views over Mumbai. All the staff were so helpful, polite and accommodating and could not do enough for us to help our stay be one to remember. This hotel is of a top class and we would highly recommend it to other travellers. Thank you Trident for making our stay so wonderful!

“Haven in downtown bustling Mumbai”

Lovely hotel in an excellent position. Staff unfailingly charming and cheerful without being intrusive. The pool is excellent and the breakfasts alone could last you a day. Surprisingly good value by European standards too, we thought, although it was the only hotel in India we actually paid for, as we had been staying with friends up to then. Could we fault it? It is a not a maharajahs palace, but then we were not expecting that. It's also two hours from the airports if you get the timing wrong! But then so is the rest of old Mumbai.

“Extremely good service”

The hotel is superbly situated on the seafront close to all most tourist attractions. We arrived from an early flight and our room was available immediately, even though the hotel was fully booked. The next day we were leaving on a late night flight and the hotel extended the use of our room until 4pm at no extra charge. The facilities are very modern and our room overlooking the sea had every amenity.

Well thought out accommodation. Attentive accommodative service/staff. The only minor points to improve the room comfort: 1. the wardrobe handles design is poor so the wife struggled to open the wardrobes. 2. Drying facility for damp / washed smalls would be useful
