Situated in a very busy traditional shopping area generally good. The breakfast was in the room and food not as good as the Bawa in Juhu. The area is very enjoyable and communication good.

This property has been renovated since we last visited in 2016. They gave done a good job with the upgrades it is much nicer. A very convenient stay for travellers that are visiting in the area. Staff are very friendly. Good food available nearby.

It was terrible. Internet/ wifi never worked in this place (all six days of my stay). Wifi worked for a limited time on the first day and then it was cut off. It was very very hard for me to organize anything. Wasted most of my time asking the staff to fix the internet issues but it never got sorted out. They said they fixed the internet/wifi issues but it never worked the way it should work in a normal place of stay. It was a terrible mistake to book for six days stay. I will never stay in this place again and wouldn't recommend anyone.

Hotel Bawa descent stay
ROOMS are clean.staff membersc and service provided is awesome. Only concern is some rooms dont have proper size bathroom and orientation.so check on that THOUGH Staff members are supportive enough to change the room. Bargain for room price.

Convenient Central Location
The Good Experience: - we were upgraded at no extra cost - the room was recently refurbished to great standards - prompt and helpful staff (room cleaning) - prompt and attentive staff (reception) - accommodated parking for a bike lent by a local friend The Not So Good Experience: - they do not respond to emails which is a bad for NRI guests who have to make ISD calls for enquiries - refurbished room included recently painted walls, strong smell of which lingered for first two nights - wifi connectivity was poor and password was changed on daily basis with us having to follow-up - not a day went by during our 5 night stay without the access key to the room getting invalidated - they were unable to serve any ice-cream on one of the nights it was ordered after dinner - certain members of concierge need to refrain from demanding tips or showing desperation for it, the deserving will be tipped generously and they were Unacceptable Experience: - I was intimated by my credit card company after reaching my resident country, that the hotel attempted to charge my credit card twice without my knowledge. Booking was through hotels.com and it was clear that full settlement with hotel was to be made in local currency. I have settled with the hotel in local currency. However, their attempt to charge my card had to be reported as fraud which has led to cancellation of my credit card and I have been inconvenienced with waiting for a new one to be issued.

Functionally good, but aesthetically OK
Used the hotel essentially for night rest. Room, bathroom and amenities were old, but OK for a business trip nearby. the staff were quiet good, and so was the food (no restaurant, only room service- can get a little cramped!)

Good hotel near Dadar Railway Station
We stayed here for 3 nights in July. The hotel is located in a quite street near the Dadar Railway station. Good - The Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. But a little old. So you can see some stains here and there on the walls. Service was good. Not so good - Price was high considering the facilities. But all hotels in the locality are equally expensive.

Very disappointing.
Having stayed at a Suite at Bawa Continental at Juhu, I expected the same level of service and cleanliness however was disappointed to see nothing but a dimly lit reception area that had the sweetest lady behind the desk. The room has paint peeling off of the walls and also the door to my room had a handle that didn't work. Please avoid yourself the pain of staying at this hotel.

Disappointing
The room i was given was very disappointing- it was dark, damp, dirty and needed re-decorating. The bed sheets were stained! The plug sockets were all damaged. it was Very noisy in the early mornings. The shower was inbetween the toilet & sink, had no curtain so the shower room would flood. There is no dinning area but you can order room service. Positives- room service staff were very polite. There is a computer providing internet in the lobby. The building is very old and the location is not ideal for tourists. In the end we left 3 days early.

Hotel Bawa Regency
Hotel is good if you have your work in Dadar or near by area to Dadar. You can easily get any thing outside the Hotel as this is the main market area. Hotel is good to stay for short duration.

the location was great... if you want to see the life style in mumbai n if you like crowd then you must stay at bawa regency n enjoy all this together... everything was near by like restaurant,dadar station, exchange bureau, taxis etc everything was really nice n comfy. and i personally recommend people to book bawa regency Mumbai. you will love it.

Never check into Bawa Regency
It seemed that the room in which we were accomodated was last maintained several years back with plaster of walls falling off / dirty to the core. ACs were not working, windows - of room and the bathroom (imagine!) never closed properly. Bathroom walls are so thin that you could hear what was happening in the bathroom of adjoining room - how very disgusting. They do not have extra bed. In the name of it they provide an ultra thin mattress which they place on the floor sleeping on which gave me pains all over the body in the morning.

Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfy. However we had a bad experience with our pre-paid breakfast. On the first morning it became clear that there was no set breakfast menu available which we had paid. We could order from the room service but we were restricted to a few items to choose from. As the individual prices were listed on a menu and we were restricted to a few items on the menu, we were only able to order a maximum of half of what we paid. This made us feel very ripped off. Don't select the pre-paid breakfast option on Hotels.com. We also used the internet in the lobby and tried to pay at the time of use but were told by reception that we could pay when we left. Great except at check-out time we were charged double for the time we had used. It was a different receptionist later so we couldn't prove otherwise.

The hotel as described by expedia and as seen on location was extremely different. The bed had stains. I had requested non-smoking room while every room had a smoking tray. They sprayed some extremely strong deodorant which was very irritating. I guess expedia should look little more into the details before rating the hotel. It as rated 3 stars at expedia and Its not even worth one star. The cost I paid for the room is not worth at all. There was no wifi though it was mentioned in the description. Towels were filthy and only one was provided after request they provided one more though no napkins. I am extremely dissatisfied. Will have to think in future about description posted on expedia website.

The room was cleaned and ok. Food not bad. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good communication. But the hotel environment is very very bad. Bad smell from hotel to railway station. I supposed to extend my stay but I opted to check out because of the environment. If same hotel located in Andheri, Bandra or along Mello Road, near C.S.T Station, Fort, Mumbai, I would give 4 stars. I will not recommend this hotel only because of bad neighbourhood.
