"While the desk clerk was really great, there were some major drawbacks, starting with inaccessibility from the south bound lane of El Camino. You must take a very tricky series of on and off ramps to a freeway before getting to the right side where there is just one entrance and exit to the hotel. The office and lobby are very distant from parking area. Lastly, for a party of three adults, we had only one chair to sit on in the room. Awkward and uncomfortable.
