Excellent experience! Unexpectedly my flight to New York got canceled and the plane landed in Montreal. Nice area, great staff, and comfy hotel made me feel better. Also, an amazing valet guy (I don’t remember his name) offered a jacket and umbrella which I could not get out without them. It was -4 degree and snow storm, but I walked around the area and enjoyed art galleries.

We arrived very late because our flight was delayed. The hotel staff were amazing and the chef was willing to cook ribs and fries for us even though the kitchen and restaurant was closed. Thank you for the friendly welcome and amazing hospitality.

Although not easy to find and the club right across the street is very loud - I’m writing this at 3:15 AM because it’s too noisy to sleep - the hotel & surrounding area are terrific.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed by the level of help and service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the staff, specially Christopher, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had. Furthermore, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and there is a real good restaurant attached to the property. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic thanks to the exceptional staff and wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff and room were excellent. The location was perfect to walk the streets of old Montreal. Was very disappointed of the restaurant though... Wanted a cocktail before our night out. Sat there for ten minutes with a glass of water as the resto staff (5 feet away) had their pre shift pep talk so we left and crossed the street to Mignon and that was awesome! Other than that experience, everything was perfect.

I love this hotel! I will stay here every time I’m in Montreal :-). It’s a cute boutique hotel. They offer valet parking. The restaurant bar is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!!!

I really liked the attention they put to prepare the room. Communication with the janitorial team was great. The only thing I was disappointed is the room service they missed in the morning but since we were in a hurry in the morning it wasn't too bad. I would say maybe warn your customers about the noises at night when they're big festivals like the igloo fest so they can prepare accordingly or offer alternative (ear plus) because my fiancé and I were not able to sleep until 4 am.

Great staff, very polite and hospitable, there was an event on and our room was facing the street, one quick conversation and we were moved to another room at the back which was quiet and just as nice. Our 3rd visit and every time it’s a great experience

Hotel Nelligan is the perfect location in Old Town Montreal. Everything is walking distance. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The only downside is the decor of the hotel is a bit dated at this point, but they are also going through an upgrade and renovation.

I chose this hotel because it advertised one of its amenities as having a spa. The spa is three blocks away! Did not expect I would have to walk outside.
