Regular type hotel/motel experience
There aren’t many choices in Sackville. This was rated the best, and I can believe it, just because the lack of choices. Otherwise this place is mediocre, and overpriced during season. There was nothing I was will to eat offered at breakfast, though I am picky. The Folger’s coffee machine didn’t taste like it’s regularly cleaned, so even the coffee was blah. Don’t expect much and you will be happy.

It had everything we needed for a night's stay over in Sackville, and everything worked . They need an elevator---badly ! Especially for Seniors who shouldn't be carrying luggage upstairs.

The outside of the property had a nice appearance. however it was well pass needing some care. A GFI in our room was actually broke to the point you could see metal inside the outlet and of course the adjoining outlet out side the bath did not work so no hair dryer. It was dirty behind furniture and someone' old comb was behind the dresser. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. They helped us keep my wife's KRYO packs frozen and stored as well as refrigerating a dish we had prepared for the next day's activity.

Perfect one night stay
The room was comfortable and roomy. The dressing area in front of the bathroom was nice to have. The location was convenient and within walking distance to the Sackville Waterfowl Park. Only drawback was the fridge, which was a little mildewed on the top and there was no freezer section.
