Major parts of the hotel are undergoing renovations. We received a email from the hotel after we booked that parking and noise could be an issue. Staying only 1 night.

Wifi service was terrible and staff could not do anything about it.advertisement say that wifi service is provided,wich was not true in our case,it would come on line for 30s to 1 minute,and go off again.Tv choice of channels was poor.I will certainly think twice before returning at this hôtel,I feel that I did not get the service for the money.

Had to carry my luggage and my 6 and seven-year-old luggage a hole with the stairs. There’s no elevator, and I was told that my request for a handicap room was in a possibility because all the rooms on the bottom level were occupied, which was a lie. And I was charged twice. I had to pay 15.99. Dollar fee because they don’t refund that fee for changes even though they booked the wrong room and I paid the same amount of money for the room upstairs as I would have the suite that was downstairs in charge me any less I’m an injured veteran, and I just had a very invasive spinal surgery, and recently learned how to walk I was treated unfairly because I’m younger and the cats are ground level rooms for people older than myself.

The room was very clean. The beds were fresh and very comfortable. There were enough towels and facecloths in the bath. The breakfast items provided were very satisfactory to start your day.

We had a great experience but next day we realized that the ac wasn't working. Told the front desk. They were supposed to send someone and call our room to let us know whats going on. I kept calling the front desk. Nobody picked up. Sweating really bad in the room. Email the manager. Hopefully she messaged back. The ad says ac included. But i have to say. The room was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay
The young man who checked us in, I think he said he name was Light; was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was standard motel continental but was good, filling and tasty. The only thing we could add was, that nobody seems to be looking after the flower beds and garden areas (they were mainly weeds and very few flowers) around the perimeter of the motel. We enjoy seeing well kept gardens so we noticed that about the outside of the building. A lot of money doesn’t need to be spent on flowers but pulling the weeds and freshening the beds up would do wonders to improve the places overall appearance. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was a problem with wi-FI reception but the staff rectified the problem for me. I objected to the $100 deposit which will not be returned for five days.
