When we pulled out the sofa bed for our kiddo there was a plastic fork, and skittles all through out it. It was late and the clerk had issues getting us in the room to begin with or I would have asked for a new room.

Did not receive maid service. When we made reasonable requests we were met with apathy or outright distain by evening staff. To be fair when he over heard the issue, there was a helpful young man that was concerned about our problem. It’s too bad that young people today have an attitude of “not my job”.Don’t expect the front staff to have a professional appearance, the days of requiring your staff to present that kind professionalism appear to be long gone in this establishment.

The bathroom was dirty looked like toothpaste splattered on the back of the door floors look dirty staff was not very friendly. I tapped on thw door to ask the staff a question in the food area & she was leaning over were the food is prepared to busy on her phone to come help me another guest did. Pillows are lil square things just not what we expected for breakfast juice machine out of order.

the beds are comfy, always check your window locks on lower levels,, 2wice ours were NOT locked when we checked in,, other than that clean, friendly, good choices for breakfast

the room was clean and good,,, my only input is that we were on the main floor,, checked into our room and on the way to go out to dinner ,,we noticed BOTH locks on our main floor windows were UNLOCKED,, which made us nervous,, we locked them,, but the maids should have checked that upon cleaning

The bedding in the room was very comfortable and the heat set just right. I was not impressed with the clerk at the check in desk when I arrived. Pleasant enough, but I did not feel very welcome. The desk crew at check-out was much friendlier.

Second floor family with kids stomping and running. Room hadn't been cleaned very well. Front desk staff unwelcoming. Never put kids in any floor except 1. Staff was hooting and hollering and laughing and having a party outside guest rooms early in the morning which is Completely UNACCEPTABLE.
