Maid service did not fill the empty toilet paper holder. No spare roll in the room. Fitness center was always locked when a sign said open 6 am to 10 pm.

Extremely disrespectful and rude staff experienced from level of GM to Head House keeper. The general manager "Linda" is racist and denied service based on the color of my skin. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor stay there again myself.

I have been married to a man of color for 27 yrs so I'm hardly racist. We had the police department check the room you vacated and found evidence of the substance I discussed with you. You did not abide by the rules of our establishment. Anyone, regardless of color, is asked to leave under these circumstances.

I liked the friendly, easy check in. The room satisfied our needs. The price was less than comparable facilities. The breakfast was as if we were still in the pandemic. But it was okay.

The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate guests - e.g. we had to leave early, and the breakfast and coffee was out and available. They arranged for a Lyft for as as we requested.

Nice hotel with Bar
Superb service. Great location with easy access to the airport. Room was not built for noise reduction. Plenty of talking and TV noise could be heard all adjacent rooms. Difficult to sleep. The Still Room bar was an added bonus connected to hotel.

It was lots about the hotel that could have been better but it was a clean room, a safe room, the weight staff was great. , the housekeeping was great. It didn't quite reach like perfection but it was definitely, for the price I paid for the room each night, definitely worth the stay. I'm glad I chose it and I would choose it again

This property is showing its age. WiFi was not functioning. Gym requires staff to unlock. You could not really say breakfast was breakfast. Everything was prepackaged, including hard boiled eggs. The only thing fresh was a banana.

Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Restaurant not so good was very, very busy after U of M football game, took us 3 hours to get our order of spinach artichoke dip and a pizza.
