"Hallways had a bad smell, pool and hot tub were closed, breakfast was carbs only. However, the room itself was nicely updated and relatively clean. The price reflects the quality of the stay."
"The room was ok. Our floor needed cleaning and our bathroom smelled like urine. The bedding & towels need to updated. The handicapped rooms should be closer to a door or elevator so a person with mobility issues doesn’t have to walk so far to a room.
The beds were comfortable. And the front desk people were nice."
"The staff were friendly and courteous, however they were extremely short staffed, no housekeeping service until every third day.. there was mold growing in the corner of the tub, mystery stains(blood??) on the electrical outlets and the bedspread. Hot tub and pool not in use. You can see they are trying, there have been some renovations, however there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely more staff…"
"We stayed there for 5 days and never did they come to clean our room or supply clean towels!!! I went to the front desk to get coffee for our machine in the room, they said they were out of coffee?! What?
We had a huge pile of trash with NO trash bags!
We felt neglected big time!!! We will never stay there again."
