I payed more when selecting room for handicap accessible but there is no grab bar to get off the toilet and expected a roll in shower or shower bench. Shower gel container empty. Need direction signs to get to elevator when in wheelchair. Otherwise room was excellent

Great breakfast. Would have liked the bathroom fan to be separate from the bathroom light to not wake others at night. But good otherwise!

Very nice, clean, well maintained, hotel. Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean pool area, very clean heated pool and whirlpool. The only negative would be the lack of signs telling you where everything is located.

The property is under construction. They never communicated or notified us. They said it's only the entry area but it's in other areas throughout the hotel. The construction mess is also throughout the hotel.

When I booked the place , I had no idea that they were redoing the whole place . This place is like a maze , it’s so hard and so confusing to find your room the elevator , The pool , the way out . The lobby, I’ve never seen such a place so misconfigued in my life . The rooms are nice , The kitchen area is nice , This place would be better made into permenate places to stay, For just a night or two , it’s to much work to find your room , or anything else like I said . It was also very high priced I felt

It was unfortunate that Expedia wasnt able to share that the hotel was getting a remodel. Made access to the pool/hot tub a little concerning. We also had 5 in our room so we planned on using the pull out bed, but linens for the bed were limited. It was late so we didnt go ask, but one of the guests was very uncomfortable all night. We also had to ask for more towels as only 3 wete stocked for 5 visitors.

The construction was so intrusive, no room that is impacted the way we were should be open. The noise and physical vibrations from the construction in the room directly above us was violating.

When we checked in we asked not to be on the freeway side, but that’s where we were put. The air conditioner was in the bedroom side and was extremely noisy. I asked to be moved at 12:30am which they then put us on an inside room. There was no safe so I had to carry my jewelry with me. There was an atrium outside the rooms. 10 pm is quiet time and for the most part was fine. One evening there was loud rap music which quit at 10, but there were people playing basketball til 10:30 and at 8 in the morning. The breakfast was nice and the attendant was very good. The laundry room was also very nice. There was remodeling going on so there was some noise but not obnoxious.

The suite we were in needed a lot of updating/ maintenance. There was a bad smell in the room and the upholstery on the couch and chair were so dirty (and worn) that I placed towels on them before sitting on them! Bed was not comfortable. Shower had opening around the water knob. We asked to not be placed next to the construction going on, but we were placed right next to where they were working - loud music and power tools all day. The room was too expensive for what we got!

Food so good and staff very accommodating. Need update with their bath area and sofa beds needs changing as well. The place is good for family accomadation and easy access to any amenities, groceries and shopping.

Watch the female over night staff.one took it upon herself to look up my phone number from my reservation thinking it was my fiance and she texted him causing unnecessary drama and ruined my vacation. I left early was still charged for the night I didn't stay and no action was taken by the hotel for what their employee did.

Good location and facility was nice. However, there should be a noise control or time limit for people to party out in the courtyard. Noisy until 3:30 AM and staff did not limit the noise.
