We stayed in a Queen Cabin suite (sleeps 6). The room itself is very basic. Two light fixtures didn’t work, there are very limited plugins and there are no USB ports, which I feel is standard in nearly all hotels now. The bunk beds had bedding that only fit the top of the bed and the 4 tween girls that slept in there had their feet hanging out of the covers and the “blanket” was about the thickness of a flannel sheet. Almost everything is overpriced, which we expected, but especially the dine in restaurant. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would say the space is definitely more geared to families with younger children, under 12. The water park is fairly small and pretty boring for tweens. We were also disappointed that the water park closes at 8pm, doesn’t leave you much time for you first night, even if you check in right at 4pm. I also have several “holds” on my credit card, that I was assured at checkout, would be reversed. Should that not happen and I have to deal with that, my review will likely get worse.

Hi. I’m actually pretty disappointed with our stay sadly. I was really looking forward to coming here and enjoying our evening but we had so much stress from before check in to the second we checked out. We got an adult wristband that did not scan the room, did not have charge privileges and did not scan for the water park. The pillows on the bed looked like coffee had been spilled, the microwave ended up scaring the crap out of me because there was a power surge and it fried my pancake while it was cooking. I was not offered a later check out or anything and I had nothing but stress. That was very scary. I had a breakdown after leaving from all the stress.

Water park was a blast! Could use some cleaning. We booked through Expedia and were overbook and had to stay at a different hotel that wasn’t big enough for our family. Was told we will be reimbursed for the stay/park. Haven’t noticed a refund yet

Great opportunity for family time with lots to do .. the actual stay wasn't that expensive but the food, snacks and other fun things to do can add up quickly. You need multiple days to enjoy everything.

My family had a great experience here overall. Things that would have made it better: letting us keep the towels until the next day instead of having to return them by 8:00pm every day or getting a $15 charge. Better food paid $15.99 for a small chewy, tough, and gray colored chicken sandwich. Had dinner at the restaurant portions were very small and tasted like a meal from Perkins but priced like Chianti Grill .

Stayed two days. Kids really enjoyed the activities. Water park was in good condition and was very fun. All the staff were incredibly friendly, even staying open a little late one night to let my little guy play a bit. (Much appreciated !)

Never again will I go to this water park. We got charge $65 for using 5 pool towels. Was never told if we used them we would be charge. The tub has broken, the ac when it cranked it made so much noise in our room.! The park was not all that at all, it was so small. Never again!!!!!!

Not enough parking , u can’t check in til 4 &pool closes at 8 , says no cash resort use your wristband for purchases . Went to get my 5yr old ice cream an after she takes a bite they inform us there electronic device that scans wristbands is broken n basically said my daughter couldn’t have the ice cream when I couldn’t remember my exaction number .my daughter left crying n I left upset I ever booked this place…
