I booked 2 days I called before I came in. I got there the older guy with the glasses said that my payment didn’t go through I paid and when I called his wife confirmed that I had it paid for. He wouldn’t let me cancel it took my money and I didn’t get to stay there. It was BS never again

The outdoor garbage was never emptied in the day and half that we were there and they were overflowing! The room was not vacuumed well and we found objects in the room! Disgusting.

WAS EASY FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. STAFF WAS HELPFUL. BATHROOM AREA IS VERY SMALL. WE PUT DRYER SHEETS ON THE AIR CONDINATOR TO GET RID OF THE STALE ODOR

On first appearance the property looked clean and bed sheets appeared okay. When unpacking in the room there was trash and crumbs behind the sitting chair and on both night stands. The last hotel quest prior to us still had leftovers sitting in the microwave in the room, and there was hair in the bathroom sink. Getting a hold of staff was very difficult as well. The breakfast included limited options with a pancake maker that was broke down our first night staying and out of mix on the second day. Overall a very disappointing stay.

System update delay
Went to check in and computer was doing an update, preventing the clerk to check me in to a room. Let alone even check to see what he had available.

This hotel conveniently located near the highway. However, the hotel overall needs help. The staff need proper training in hospitality and overall management. It's definitely 1 1/2 - 2 star rate hotel. One positive point about our stay is that the person who checked us in accommodated us in a better room. The first one had defects in the room and not properly clean. The breakfast is poor.

Liked: it was close to a relative we were visiting. They also provided a small continental breakfast. Didn’t like: bathroom tub/toilet room was tiny and didn’t have any hand rails to get in/out of tub. Also beds were very high and were hard to get in without a boost.

We walked into the hotel room and it smelled foul like the carpet was shampooed and never dried. It was also very humid in the room. As soon as we turned on the light to see, a baby cockroach darted across the dresser. The bed was made but the sheets had stains on them, one big yellow one in particular towards the head of the bed. The red chair in the room had large white stains all over it. We took pictures and told the clerk we did not feel comfortable and would not be staying. Expedia stated the stay was non refundable, however refunds should be considered in these cases. The clerk did offer us to switch to another room, but the overall cleanliness and smell were awful and we did not feel comfortable staying at all. We ended up leaving and fighting sleep on the 3 hour ride back home instead of resting. We will never book a stay at this location again.

When we walked into the hotel the smell hit us in the face. It was that bad. I reserved 2 rooms. They only gave me one to start with and i had to mention the other room room before they gave it to us. Both of our rooms were dirty. Un-vaccumed floors, dust every where. In our room the AC was broken so they replaced the unit with one from the 1980s that was extremely loud. Our other room had hair in the shower and our coffee pot and maker was dirty from the last people to use it. Overall just dirty.
