The floor in front of elevator tile was loose and I most fell from this loose flooring. Order two rooms no smoking but got a room that smelled like smoke. The microwave is in the hallway instead in the room. I will not be back.
Booked a pet friendly hotel and didn’t find out until check in that there was a $25/night fee. Three night stay with no housecleaning. Bathroom amenities were small so they ran out by night #2. Likewise - two coffee pods regular and two decaf so by day three they were gone. Bar of soap was about the size of a Kennedy half dollar. No access to streaming services .

Its an average stay. Price is low so you get what you pay for. Bed is comfortable, but our room was run down and need some renovation. Shower is low pressure and was just meh.
Very quite and full of charm! Its our go-to hotel in South St. Paul.

Staff was excellent. Room clean. Parking lighting was not so good. Would recommend and stay here again.

I booked hotel for 11th of jan - 15th. My flight was delayed so we ended up checking in late 230am. We ended up having to fly out a day early so checked an entire 24hrs early. I booked through a third party( expedia) they contacted to hotel to see about a refund and the hotel lied and said the we checked in early on the 10th. This has me pretty upset. No dining options ( resturant closed during covid) and there isnt much options in the area so that really sucked. Asked the front desk for coffee pods and they would only give me 2. Super loud at night. I wont stay here again

Music played all night from a downstairs party that lasted until 12a. I was offered to be moved to a different room so I couldn’t hear it. The ceilings were peeling and there were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and the rooms were smaller than the pictures on the site I was asked to pay a pet fee which it’s not mentioned on the site and I was also asked to pay a $50 security deposit after I already paid on the site but that wasn’t the biggest issue.

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Missing the maintenance and can see the decline. Clerk ignored the napkins and other trash on the floor. Area didn’t feel overly safe. Individual soap and shampoos. Pillows hard. Spots on the bedspread.

We were so excited about the pool but it is not a heated area so the family friendly note was not true since we could not stay in the water without catching hypothemia. The rooms looks nice but up close it was very disappointing. The floor was very dirty so dont wear white socks on the carpet because they will be brown after. Towels were tiny and we were given 2 when we booked for 4 people per room. Not the most family friendly so i would recomend elsewhere if you have kids.

Good price. Cute artsy industrial decorated rooms and foyer. Not high end, more moderate of a hotel. There is some wear and tear, but very clean and decorated very cute! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Second time stay there but stayed two instead of one night this time. Overall pretty good as always. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Downfall was only pool was very cold and didn’t get room clean when requested for room to be cleaned. Was able to get clean towel when requested.

A good inexpensive place to stay if you need to get up early for the airport. On a rather busy highway with limited dining options avaiable (there is a small restaurant on the property but apparently only open on the weekends). Mall of America is about a 15-20 minute drive.

The pictures made the hotel look a lot better than it was. Weird smell in the room. Someone was drunk and spilt beer in the lobby. Someone was at the event space threatening guests with a weapon. Asked for extra towels early in the morning had to tease again at night time.
