Nine years old is not a child
Very good hotel with decent breakfast. However, I was charged an extra amount because, according to them, a child is only a child up to 8 years old

Good
The receptionist deals with the guest as if he is from the same country, with the same language and knowledge, and he did not explain to us the parking need money. Air conditioning was weak.

The location isnt the best but for the price its great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide variety.

Just disgusting
Breakfast at the hotel was tasteless and just cold. Unfortunately, I ate outside the hotel in Italian places. Breakfast and dinner, I didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurant at all because I didn't want to have the same experience with food. I ate at the local restaurant. The room I stay are only cleaned on the surface of the furniture, very dirty carpet with large stains after some substance that has Several months. Just disgusting

I have never been insulted as I was arriving to my room to find a mirror on the ceiling, the room can only be described as a dungeon and did not look anything like the photo in the advert. Also it was obvious someone had been smoking in the room and an ashtray was beside the bed, I am a non smoker so you can only imagine the smell. I moved rooms but it was not better. The distance to the train station was not as described and meant walking on dangerous main roads with no pathways

Poor hotel
The hotel facilities are in a bad shape, the rooms are full of dust and the pillows are very uncomfortable in addition the shower looks old and looks like it's not being maintained well. The isolation between the rooms is really bad and we could hear our neighbors playing music. The cleaning staff goes into your room despite the fact you have a not disturb sign on. The breakfast selection is ok but nothing impressive, also most of the warm food was served cold or in room temperature like sausages, scrambled eggs and frittata.

Out of the way! And not much available in the area
The hotel itself was good...felt like I was stranded and not a lot available in the area. Staff were amazing and the restaurant was good and met our needs at dinner. They offered bus transportation for the Monza Race $15pp and was good.

Nice hotel out of the city
Nice and clean hotel, good standard, wonderful staff. Breakfast included fruits and vegetable.Train station is around 30 min walk where you can take train to Milano, takes 30 min to the city. Perfect if you are with car. You get something for money, not like in Rome, Tuscan and Venes...

Excellent but with a caveat.
Great place for an illicit rendez-vous! Mirrors everywhere including over the bed, pink LED lighting, huge bed. The down sides were no tea/coffee making in the room, no shampoo or shower gel in the shower room - just two tiny bars of useless soap. Nowhere to eat within a few miles so just as well the restaurant was good, if a bit expensive by UK standards.

Not expected from a 4 star which had a high rating
Checked in late. Checkin - no issues Room - had a cob web on the ceiling. Air conditioning was not working. Called 3 times in the night after which I came to know that since the heating was on they cannot have air conditioning. I asked that I was not able to sleep and the Recption said pls open the window. I think it was poor service for a 4 star

Cute and romantic
Awesome customer service. Hotel had a shuttle that took you to the train which was a big help since we trAveled to and from Milan. Room was very cute and romantic with dimming lights.

Comfortable hotel near highway
Located right near the highway, this hotel was in a convenient location. The neighborhood doesn't look appealing if you are going to sight-see, but for a night's stay it was fine. The hallways could really use a new paint job because they looked run down, but the guest rooms were more freshly painted and modern. The staff at check-in was very friendly.

nice and comfy, good value for money
I have used this hotel before. the rooms have been refurbished since my last visit, and are a vast improvement. Nice double shower in bathroom. Breakfast is fine. overall no complaints. staff are pleasant and speak English (which always helps). will stay there again. You really need transport if you stay here as local restaurants etc very limited.
