The property's bird issue has not been addressed, causing sleep disruption due to bird collisions on my window. The outdated air conditioning system also requires attention as it produces a loud buzzing noise during its on and off cycles.

I only gave a good rating overall due to a dying battery in the smoke detector in my room that started screaming at midnight! Other than that the hotel and staff are excellent!

I was told I could valet at the hotel. It was pouring when we arrived. I had to carry my bags in the rain to check in. The. I had to drive to another hotel and valet there. Then I had to get a ride back to the hotel. Not a great start to our staycation. The hotel had a very unusual smell to it. The bathroom was tiny. The noise was unbearable starting around 9:30 pm. When we left I walked to another hotel to pick up my car as my wife waited with the bags downstairs. Horrible experience. Everyone is doing you a favor. I would have cancelled on the spot but they told me it would have been more money to cancel than the actual stay. I was told by staff at the hotel where I parked that this happens all the time. They would never recommend this hotel, nor would they even consider spending $1 there. It was smelly, there was no management on staff..disgusted with the whole experience.

The hotel itself was lovely, staff was so helpful and kind. Very quick turnaround on housekeeping services. Super clean. it did lack outlets in the rooms to charge devices and In lobby too. Did love how close it is to the beach. Very nice short walk. Just didn't appreciate the lack of opinions for food when you want something quick and/or cheap. Overall I did love my stay.

Great customer service. Easy check in. We came a few hours prior to check in time so the hotel stored our luggage safely until check in time. Very creative and fun environment. Lots of colours, happy and relaxed feel. Only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to have stayed for longer. 3min walk from gorgeous Miami Beach.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. It is conveniently across the street from the beach and a public parking lot. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.
First night there was an event in the hotel so dining at the restaurant or rooftop wasn’t open to hotel guests and the second night the rooftop was closed. It does get noisy at night in the rooms from the music playing in the lobby and rooftop.

Nice but uncomfortable.
The place is conveniently located and it is adorable, we stayed on a lower floor and the rooftop was closed that night, so no issue with noise. The bed, however, is SO uncomfortable, like sleeping in coils. No parking or valet, there is a lot across the street.

We had a great stay at Casa Faena. The atmosphere is beautiful but it’s an older hotel and has its cons. Limited outlets, thin walls, scalding hot water, and the no parking situation was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location is excellent.

Hotel had no name on it. Only one staff member on duty at any given time so there was always a wait. No parking at the property. Only a bed in the room. NO CHAIRS of any kind. The noise from the music to the people in the halls. I would not stay there again.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, beautiful decor, great service and the room itself was comfortable. Yet the music is a bit loud at night time, not a family friendly type of hotel but good for couples or people that enjoy the night life.
