We had a party of 15 people stay at Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport hotel. They were so accommodating. They allowed our group to gather and order pizza’s. The property was very nice, the lobby was beautiful, the courtyard was wonderful and the staff was even better! I will definitely stay again!

The hotel is very well located, easy to get uber to go anywhere you want, 15 minutes to reach every where and convenient to take your flight without the hassle to wake up at 4 am to catch a flight in the morning... staff is friendly and courteos, options for eating / dinning / drinking are there but expensive in my opinion...same prices to be in the nicest Miami areas... but there are few restaurants around that are nice and good reasonable pricing... also I discover within 5 minutes walk around a small shopping mall that includes a walgreens, supermarket and a Target to find anything you may need for your trip. Hope this review is useful for future travelers

Reserved a king bed months ahead. Was given a double queen. Went back to desk and was told no more kings even though person in front of me got one( after i checked in and came back down) Told me it was an upgrade. Did give me $20 credit in bar for trouble.

The shuttle from the Airport was convenient however the description of the shuttle was incorrect which caused us to almost miss our shuttle. The shuttle driver was excellent. I booked a King bed and didn’t get that. I also got a handicap cap room and didn’t booked that. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The staff was super nice and helpful.

I booked a night's stay at this property due to location. I had clicked on the $20 add-on for breakfast and paid for the stay with Expedia points and credit card. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and I mentioned to the girl at the front desk that breakfast was included with the booking. She just nodded and acknowledged. The next morning we went down to the on-site restaurant that did the breakfast and before getting seated mentioned to the hostess that our breakfast was included with our booking. She checked the list and said that it was included. We ate breakfast, noting that the menu mentioned $27 per person and were happy we had only paid $20 with booking as the breakfast was very mediocre and what most hotels include with room charge. We checked out, went on our cruise and then later saw a $58 charge from the hotel. I called the hotel to complain as it was obvious from looking at the Discover account that the front desk girl had added the breakfast to be charged to our credit card. I was told that I'd need to speak to the restaurant manager, but after about 20 minutes of the phone ringing with no answer, I decided to dispute the charge. Unfortunately, since the booking receipt didn't show the add-on charge on the booking, Discover allowed the charge to stay. We cannot recommend this hotel. But if you decide to stay, skip the breakfast as it's disappointing

We paid $28 a night for parking and on 1-30-24 our Limited Edition Ford F350 was stolen. When I spoke with security I was told this is the first time this has ever happened, after talking to the police this was the second truck stolen the same night. The parking lot is controlled by a 24/7 guard and you are supposed to badge in and badge out with your hotel room key. The security company allowed two trucks the same night to be taken from this lot. I caught the hotels loss prevention in a number of lies during interviews. The hotel manager was very helpful but loss prevention is a joke. When I questioned the head of security I was told I would have to wait and see what my public records request shows. We were visiting this hotel due to feeling safe during our eight year old granddaughters cancer surgery at a nearby children’s hospital. Dealing with a stolen truck while our granddaughter was in ICU is not a comfortable feeling at all.

First of all, we’re travelling with another couple, and they had their room cancelled and moved to another hotel, 8 miles away in Miami. Secondly, the front staff attending was rude, unprofessional, and left us for 20 minutes standing there, just to say “I don’t know”. We had to rent a vehicle since our friends were elsewhere. The room also has been smoked in, and they made it worse with perfume. This hotel is an absolute hole for the money. Shame on you Marriott.

Very close to the airport. Took a long time to get a shuttle. The restaurant was nice. The room was a nice room. The bathroom had peeling paint. My biggest complaint, is that there is no coffee offered in the lobby. It is an airport hotel and I would expect free coffee. We had to buy coffee at almost 4 dollars a cup from the restaurant. No flavored creams. No Starbuck quality. I am very surprised at Marriott. My companion didn't think much of this lack of service and she stays at LaQuinta, which has free breakfast and free coffee. Really?

We booked a room for 2 nights, so that we could do an early check in with our kids after an exhausting trip there to only find out our room has been checked out to somebody else, and the room had to be cleaned. They still charged us for the full night (the made profit from the room 2x). They were able to check us in after waiting a couple hours. I had to hang around the lobby with grumpy kids for 2 hours, which completely defeated the purpose of being able to walk right into my hotel. I did call the hotel to let them know our situation prior to arrival and they still failed. Their fix was a complimentary breakfast and snacks, but the breakfast should have been complementary with the hotel (it was not that great). The hot tub was not running and appeared dirty. The one perk was the complementary shuttle to the airport.

The hotel was clean a comfortable, but….. the restaurant totally sucks. The food is bland and has no flavor. Bring your own butter, salt and pepper because it won’t be on your potatos.

Unfortunately my experience with this hotel has been another awful one-two times in a row, The first with the front desk staff being very rude and unhelpful. the second my jewelry went missing while staying in the room my last trip. it seems this hotels level is going down and no one seems to managing the place correctly.
