The property was nice, clean and convenient to get to. Staff was helpful. The only negative was that we were woken up multiple times during the night with door slamming and people talking loudly in the hallway. Would highly recommend and will return (with earplugs to minimise the disruption) :)

Great hotel right in the airport. A little tricky to get to from Terminal 2 but otherwise a convenient location. Nice room and hotel lobby. Service is great too.

Staff was friendly, but this is a very loud hotel and there was hair in the shower. Also the room was blazing hot when we checked in and took all night to cool down.

The receptionist rude and zero attention to get my family to the terminal. Instead of offering solutions they let you solve it yourself. It’s not a 2 star hotel to treat guests like that.

We have checked in our system and it seems to us that his arrival was in the early hours of the morning (as well as the creation of his reservation), at that time our system is in audit and closing the day, so my colleagues could not give him access. Expedia is not located at the property, so even if you see rooms in stock and available, we cannot give you access, due to the system process. If you make the reservation one day in advance, we may consider giving you a room in a timely manner.We appreciate your understanding!
Only main problem I had, my room was an adjoining room the occupants were exceptionally noisy.

Small, unclean room; bathroom WAY too small, not well lit and not properly cleaned. However, the staff personnel were very friendly, cooperative and helpful, including arranging a driver for me.

If you arrive a terminal 2, you have to travel about 4 miles to terminal 1. That entitles a taxi ride. I was hoping for something more convenient after my flight.

The mattress was terrible it felt really old and bumpy, woke with neck stiffness but most of all the noise coming from other rooms and the hallway is atrocious, kept waking up all night because I could clearly hear the tv and conversations in the adjacent room.
On the other hand is very convenient because of location and service is outstanding compared with some others in the area. If they fixed this noise problem this would definitely be the best option in the T1 of Mexico City Airport.

There are two terminals. If your flight arrives at the wrong side there are only hourly shuttles to the other side. This has more to do with the airport but it is still a mess. Directional signage is poor.

The air conditioner in the room that was so loud , they told me at the front desk
