"The breakfast was the BEST!!! The lobby area is welcoming. The chair in our room was tore, the ceiling had wet spots, tile was missing in the bathroom, and there was a hair in the tub that wasn't mine...it was black and my hair is not."

"William the front desk clerk were so nice and helpful. The room was not clean, but when I called William, he sent someone to sweep the floor. Air condition is not cool enough and you cannot make an adjustment at all. Overall my stayed is good since it's pretty closed to where my event in Temple Theater."

"Very friendly check in. Arrived a little late for dinner. Staff gave good recommendations for later appetites... Chili's was the best ever by the way. Clean and comfortable room. Everything worked. Lights, locks, TV. We never heard our neighbors. Hot shower with good pressure. Good variety for breakfast. Even breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. This was a family trip. Would stay here again."

"Sports teams were staying on the property. Around 9:00 PM teenagers were running, screaming, slamming/knocking on many doors and using profanity in the hallways especially across from my room on the 3rd floor. I went to the front desk to report this. The desk clerk informed security via walkie talkie. 15-20 minutes later the behavior escalated so I called the Meridian Police Department and asked for help. 30 -45 minutes later it finally stopped!! My family was scared especially when the teenagers knocked loudly on our door as we got ready for bed. What will Hampton Inn do about this??"

"I ended up not staying at this hotel. When I entered my room, it was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Once I located the AC unit, it clearly wasn’t working and there towels underneath it obvious that it was leaking water which explained the mold/mildew smell. The bathroom was dirty. There was stains on the toilet and a huge brown stain in the toilet. I went down to the front desk and complained the hotel attendant told me they were sold out of rooms for night so there was nothing she could do. I’m still waiting on a refund from this terrible experience."
