The room was very dirty, sheets were stained and there were bugs. When noticing the hotel, they did change our the room but since the last room was so bad we were still uncomfortable. The hotel refused to help us with canceling the rest of the reservation to receive our money back for the remaining days or even partial with a penalty of one night. As this was very dissapointing, we will not be booking this hotel again.

Smelled like stale cigarettes, the television didn’t work and guest wi-fi was too weak to use.

The microwave didn't have the knob to turn on. No ironing board and as I first sat on the bed to set the blinking clock, I saw a bug crawling on the bed👎 Also the smell of Marijuana was everywhere!!! I believe I would pass on this hotel in the future.

Not my cup of tea
We arrived early and was unable to check in the parking lot was almost completely empty but was told no rooms were ready and to come back at 230pm. When we arrived back the room on the service was cleaned but the bathtub and our room was horrible with rust type ring in the bottom from stagnant water. also they didn't give me the wifi code I had to call the desk to get it and then it still didn't work google keep saying it was suspicious. No elevator so if you cant navigate stairs pick somewhere else.

Nothing good to say. Walked into a room with a filthy bedspread. Non smoking room that reeked of smoke and musty smell. Didn’t even put our stuff down. Got a refund from the desk and went to another hotel and gladly paid three times the price at the Hampton down the street.

This is not a Wyndham-class place. It is an old motel and it smells old. Swimming pool is out-of-order. But you do get what you pay for.

Our room was clean and recently renovated. The room had a nice kitchenette but only 1 chair and it was broken. There was no outdoor seating available, My family gathered at this hotel and between 5 rooms we only had 3 chairs to use.

Not worth it.
Felt very unwelcome. No smile. Not helpful with questions. Room was old but okay. We just needed the place to sleep. But couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

WELCOME to Memphis!!
The room itself was fair. The bed was good, but the pillows were awful. The bathtub faucet always ran, the tub was slippery, the toilet seat was barely connected to the toilet, the toilet paper was single ply , the towels were very small, and we had to call the front desk twice to break up fights outside our room. Other than that.. It was GREAT!!!

The bathroom door wouldnt close. The door is not a solid door and the bottom of door was falling apart. The bedspread had stains on it. Overall we will never stay here again
