This was an older hotel that needs to be updated. There was water on the hallway floor. Carpets looked dirty. There was a dirty washcloth handing in the shower. Coffee pot had crud on the inside and needs to be thrown in the trash. Air conditioner unit rattled and was very loud. It needs replaced. They did offer a good breakfast and it is in a good location with lots of places to eat.

The property was old as was the hotel. The carpets in the room were really stained and smelly. The room was in bad need of a vacuum fridge was filthy. I would not return to this property

Sheets and pillowcases on bed were dirty, hand towels and bath towels were dirty, even the new ones we requested were dirty. Used soap was left in our shower.. used towels left under the sink in bathroom. The Eggs served at breakfast were FROZEN??? Horrible experience. will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Room was ok. Smoke detector missing. Tv didn’t work. No one around for check in (took 15 min For someone to show up). Breakfast just ok. (Cold Eggs). Ok neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown Memphis.

Don’t do it!
Terrible. There were two adults and a baby in the room but they only gave us one towel. I asked for more and seemed problematic. Never been to a hotel that didn’t even offer water for you to buy. Don’t ever stay here.

If you're trying to impress a girl, don't stay here. If you expect a high quality stay, do not stay here. If you expect something other than a prison meal for breakfast, do not stay here. Only stay here if you're a male traveling alone for a couple of nights or an out of state worker on a budget. It will serve that purpose well.

This Quality Inn was adequate. Everything worked fine. 6am-9am breakfast aside, there were no food options, apart from walking 3-4 blocks. Most hotels I've visited recently do not have food options. This is a problem.

A cockroach greeted me upon entering my room after the scary walk down the dimly lit hallway, only to later realize it was to mask the dirt and danger that awaited me… and my terrified wife and two daughters. I took shelter in the bathroom only to find our little visitors friend (cockroach #2) waiting for me under the toilet. Spend $50 more bucks and stay somewhere nicer… it’ll save you time and a headache from arguing with your wife/husband and therapy for your children.

Multiple broken items in the room. The door to the outside it the hall didn’t latch properly, anyone could walk in when ever. Room smelled musty. My daughter forgot an item in the room, it took me calling 4 times for them to verify they had it. When I asked if they would ship it to me if I paid for shipping they said No. We had to have item the next day so I had to drive 4 hours round trip instead of them simply sending it UPS overnight at my expense like I asked.

This hotel is tucked away in a dimly lit corner among a bunch of other motels. At night there were always shady characters walking the street nearby and on the property. The building always smelled like marijuana, although that may have been due to the skunk that was hanging out by the pool (literally). When I first checked in, the window in my ground floor room was wide open and someone from the parking lot could easily have entered. There were cigarette ashes on the nightstand and on the floor near the bed. Only one lightbulb out of four in the bathroom worked so it was very dark. The armchair in the room was worn down through the padding in some spots all the way to the particle board or whatever it was made out of. The pillows were flat and lumpy. I know this is out of their control but the clientele were all pretty sketchy looking as well. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful though as was the rest of the staff I encountered. Overall though the property was quite dirty and the neighborhood and people around it were shady. I grew up in St. Louis so I have a pretty high tolerance to sketchy environments and even I did not feel safe here

There were homeless people everywhere. Area around motels outside the gate trash was everywhere. They turned the air conditioning off so the room was a pleasant 85°

Our bed was so comfy, but we were in a room that was a mess. Looked like it was being up graded, but there was dried paint all over the carpet, faucets, toilet paper holder, counter.

This hotel was not satisfying to stay at all. The covers had cigarette holes in them. The toilet was loose so every time you sat on it it moved. Walls are dirty I will never stay there again.

This place was pretty nice for the price. The room, lobby, and halls were clean and smelled fine. Good breakfast and we felt safe. Staff was professional. Honestly I don't understand the negative reviews. Unless they are comparing it to a 250 room.

This hotel is ran down and not very clean. They like a lot of other older hotels get by has cheap has they can. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at it’s loud and not in a very good area. Don’t choose this place move on to another.

As you enter the hotel, there is a constant, pungent, inappropriate odor 24/7. It is obvious to what it is and where it is coming from. Other than daytime business hours, there is no staff to be found anywhere (including during the 3am fire alarm evacuation). The gate to the pool broke with vacationers stuck inside with no way out. Bed linen were stained. Windows open to the outside with no safety locks. Smoke detector in our room was partially removed with toilet paper shoved into the hole. Furniture and lamps in room were wobbly. "Full breakfast" was an on the go bar with powdered eggs on a container on a hot griddle and one waffle marker. No milk, no syrup, no forks, no attendant.
