I’m sure it is not often to hear about someone behind the scenes. Jose exuded the traits of a top tier management position as he was intelligent, compassionate and committed to excellence. He was immediately able to rectify an issue I had and ensure my stay at the property was one that would make my family happy.
The back of the house and those who put the heads in beds housekeeping manager Mr. Polanco, part of his team Maria Garcia housekeeping as one learns in hospitality school are also the unsung heroes of the industry where a property cannot function without excellence.
