The Apartment was very dirty. Bins hadn't been emptied from previous guests. After having been moved to a new apartment as first one allocated was in worse condition, we chose to say nothing & clean it ourselves.

We recently had a temporary construction project happening at our property in our common area that included the installation and subsequent removal of planter boxes. This was to help us to have a better drainage system on the property. Luckily, the works have been finished and the new planter boxes will be installed soon to enhance the look of the property which will clear up the ground around the building. I like the area to stay in when I am in Melbourne For me it is easy to drive to and park car etc. Stairs from carpark to ground level a bit of a trial. But I do appreciate car being under cover etc. It was hot this time and I happily found a fan for the bedroom ... So all things I needed were there

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. The main bedroom had an ensuite and both had built in robes. There is a Woolworths next door and a short walk to the main road for trams. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Outstanding customer service and the suites are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs within the property, so be mindful of that. I had a pram with me, and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. I couldn’t recommend it higher! I stayed for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. Perfect accommodation

Great apartment in an ideal location in Kew.
Five day trip for a birthday celebration. Easy arrival, very good wifi in large and well appointed apartment. Love the location and keep coming back every year.

Out of hours Check in process was easy. There are a fair few stairs to get to the apartment, which isn’t that convenient if you’re like us with a toddler/pram. A bit of noise comes from the upstairs apartments, however apart from that our stay was nice and quiet and generally comfortable.

Situated in a very central position with all amenities ie shops, transport etc very close by and handy. Couldn't believe how dusty and somewhat dirty it was. It appears if hadn't been cleaned or dusted. Ensuite had hair all over the floor and basin. Walls very thin so unfortunately quite noisy

Long weekend at Quest Kew
A wonderful long weekend in a 3 bedroom apartment with 5 adults. Clean, great bedding and very comfortable with every amenity. Just a few metres to a variety of cafes, restaurants and supermarket as well as the trams to the city and Box Hill. Great heating options throughout the apartment and highly recommend Quest Kew.

This was the second time we have stayed here this year. We were there for a family funeral and it was a good place for all our family from around Australia to be together. My elderly mother wasnt able to climb the stairs to our apartment, so the gentleman on reception kindly changed us to a ground floor apartment. The only negative thing I have to say is that it smelled of cigarette smoke. We'd happily stay again.

When I’m in Melbourne I prefer to be on the outskirts so quest Kew is an excellent location. With transport, shopping, great restaurants just around the corner, it’s perfect for my needs.

Amazing position

Comfy accommodation and good location
Room were clean and comfortable, staffs there are kind and willing to help you. Just need to know, they don’t have lobby there, and hard to get early check in, so avoid to be too early there if you take a flight with early arrival, there won’t be a comfortable place for you to rest or charge your phone. Location is quite convincingly too, easily to get things you need.

Wonderful location and good 2 bedroom apartments. The fitout was fine. Check-in was great and staff excellent. Concern for noise from other people staying!!

Good location.
The property has no elevators & we were booked on the 2nd floor. Not good for the elderly so they managed to find a room on the 1st floor, which was still a struggle from the basement. Be aware that there is a $20 a day parking fee which is a bit steep. Location was good. Bedroom was cold.

Spacious and clean. The en-suite shower head did not attach to the spout of the shower so it was only a handheld shower which was very hard to use. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay. We will be back.

I like where it is located. I like I can cook as I have allergies. I like the security of the complex . It isn't posh luxury but it isn't necessary as I come in for a purpose and want comfort and ease to get about. It is a tad expensive but I weigh that up with the other things I like.

Close to everything in Kew.
Great location, close to shops and restaurants, rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is no lifts, getting a little old to walk up three floors with luggage from the car park. Also did not say on the web site or I missed it that there was a charge for parking.

Two night very comfortable stay in Kew
Large 2 bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry. Very quiet, safe and comfortable for singles or families. Located near High street so it is very close to the tram stop, shopping centre and a variety of cafes and food outlets including 2 supermarkets. There is no lift so if stairs are an issue request a ground floor apartment. Highly recommend Quest Kew.

Have stayed before and was very happy with the apartment and its location. Just don't get sick or have an accident and cancel at the last minute. They have no sympathy and you lose your money. Although I now need to stay in Kew regularly I won't be staying there.
