The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The food at the restaurant and room service were also great. Everything is walking distance, great bars, shopping malls, and restaurants in the area. Never made it to the pool but it looked beautiful. The Tony Roman revolving restaurant at the top has a really nice panoramic view of the city.

Rooms were old and not updated at all. Fixtures in the bathroom were broken (sink), I clocked in at 4 pm and there were no towels in the room after I spoke with manager he said they have a problem with the dryers etc. really bad customer service for a hotel with that category. At the swimming pool the service was so slow and a guest was playing music from his speaker and nobody said anything. The music playing on the community speakers was from a radio station .. told manager sis not do anything. I felt like I was on a one start category hotel! I should stay there and spend all that money on a place that is not even a 3 starts hotel.

The package that I purchase included breakfast. The food was good. The service was not. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. The waitersses where not very friendly. They ignored us most of the time. I had to go to the reception and complained about the poor service. We stayed 7 days.

The facilities are good. Centrally located although there’s a lot of homeless and dirty in the area. Amenities in the room very poor. We stayed 4 nights and linens were never changed. Very few towels in the bathroom and very old towels. The staff were a mixed bag. A few were very helpful, corteaus, and friendly. The majority were not engaging.

The room was fair, however, the toilet was outdated and it took a lot of effort to flush it, there was a towel holder mounted in front of the bathroom sink (horrible), the television was a mission to make it work even after maintenance came 3 times and then ask me to scroll thru the HDMI’s to make it work( TERRIBLE), I will give it 2 stars in general for a hotel of this category.

It’s a far cry from a five star hotel. Kind of run down with chipped paint in the bathroom. The Tony Romas was excellent. As with every hotel in this country, you always have to check your bill at check out. They try to include little things you might not notice. Then when you catch them at it they don’t immediately fix it. We spent over half an hour at checkout arguing over $5.

A little disappointed of this hotel. There are not dryer, iron, you need to ask never seen this before. Not even kleenex fácil, the bathroom shower terrible. El hotel esta muy mal, no es 5 estrellas. No plancha, secadora de pelo hay que pedirlas. No hay Kleenex para la cara. Pensé que hiba ser un mejor hotel por el precio que uno paga.
