I arrived very late at 20:20 in the evening, and was greeted by friendly reception staff. But, I was the only guest in the hotel until Thursday morning when some new guests arrived. I ws given good local travel advice by the reception staff.

Hotel un po' datato, ma la sua posizione centralissima lo rende perfetto. Ottima pulizia, colazione buona, e personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito. Consigliato

albergo consigliato
posizione ottima, stanza non molto ampia ma visto che in albergo si va solo per dormire non crea problemi, prima colazione nella media, albergo pulito, comodo, personale disponibile. Grande sorpresa il prezzo: appena arrivato in albergo mi hanno comunicato che avrei pagato la metà di quello prenotato!!!!!! Periodo di vacanze il ponte del 2 giugno dove tutti gli alberghi erano pieni nel raggio di 120Km!!!!!!!!!! Il prezzo scontato è diventato prezzo nella media ma l' iniziativa del' albergatore indica correttezza e onestà. Unico problema il garage del' albergo non è sufficiente per tutti i clienti ma a 20 metri c'è il parcheggio pubblico.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente vantaggioso. La camera pulita,e spaziosa, forse un po' antiquata . Il personale non molto accogliente, non scortese ma molto freddo. La posizione ottima.

Bah...
Al costo di una matrimoniale ci hanno dato un grande appartamento! Pulizia non eccellente, bagno piccolo e mal organizzato, condizionatore che da acceso ha creato una pozza in terra! Parcheggio interno con troppi ostacoli, inaccessibile! Posizione eccellente nel centro di Massa! Colazione buona con tutto l'occorrente.

piuttosto che sotto i ponti ....
Che dire?? La struttura è ubicata in zona pedonale, ma secondo loro arrivando con il proprio mezzo (io ero in moto), dichiarando che si andava da loro non ci sarebbero stati problemi e chiamando il personale a qualsiasi ora, dato che garantiscono il portierato h24, ti avrebbe indicato la strada e dato le chiavi del garage interno. Peccato che nelle due notti che sono stato lì ho atteso 20 minuti il personale, ma non si è visto nessuno e ho dovuto posteggiare la moto fuori dalla zona pedonale all'aperto e non custodita. La colazione? tavoli incasinati, chi con il contenitore per i rifiuti, chi senza, chi con tutte le posate chi senza, personale in borghese che scambi per altri ospiti.... mi fermo qui ... già il titolo mi sembra esaustivo
