Decent hotel, it is tucked in secluded area not much surrounding it so you do have to travel a bit to get to shops etc. food variety was not good did get fed up with food jd to eat out. Generally can not go wrong.

Clean relaxing surroundings. Food is tasty and plentiful. Fresh omelettes and pancakes for breakfast and fresh pizzas at lunch and dinner. Plenty of choice and good for vegetarians too. Rooms cleaned daily. The entertainment team are amazing and work hard day and night. My kids played table tennis, darts, football and archery to name a few of the activities on offer. Free bus into the old and new town daily. The only thing we found disappointing was the pools were icy cold however it is February so perhaps that’s unavoidable. This didn’t stop people having fun on the slides though. Would recommend this hotel.

Awesome as all food incuded
Awesome experience as not only the breakfast but all food included, and all in very good quality and choice. Check in was a bit hectic as a very big group of us arrived, but when it was sorted, general a good experience. Taxi ride to the city costs around 100 Dirham, but the hotel also have a shuttle. Walking distance there is nothing much to do. Parking is ample

Very clean, spacious rooms. Lots of choice & variety of food at lunch and dinner. Was lovely to enjoy time on the slides but also spend some time relaxing around the quieter adult pool.

BEWARE - I WISH I HAD READ THE BAD REVIEWS
I'm not usually someone that would write a negative review but I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After an extremely slow and tedious check in we headed straight to get some food. The quality of food seemed to be ok however we soon learned it was vey repetitive with very little variety over the week we spent there. That same evening both my friend and I started to have extremely bad stomachs and my friend could not stop being sick. It got so bad that we had to get a doctor to come to our hotel to give her some medicine to stop being sick. The bad stomach continued the whole week and I literally ended up eating just bread and butter because I couldn't bare to eat anything else and get sick again. The "day bar" outside is completely swarmed with wasps, I mean about 500 wasps. You can't even stand close to the bar without being surrounded. One evening we requested for a taxi to be booked for us for 30 minutes time, the receptionist agreed and we came down 30 minutes later. When approaching the receptionist if our taxi had arrived he did not even acknowledge that we were there and carried on doing other things. This was extremely frustrating so I asked again if he had booked the taxi to which he replied "no, i'm very busy" ..even though we had called 30 minutes prior. This was extremely rude and unprofessional and made us late for the place we were visiting. The only positive that I can say about this hotel is the waiters in the canteen!

We had a great experience. Room clean Staff friendly Great shuttle service Only downside is the loud music which you can from your room which is not ideal if you want to relax Pool water a little cold - vould it be warmed? Breakfast could be extended till 11am Overall Id reccommend

Do not stay at this hotel.
I came here with my family, upon arrival some of the rooms weren’t ready. Then it got worse from there. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the air conditioning in the room was terrible it didn’t work for most parts of the day. We noticed ants in the room and complained. The following morning we saw a cockroach in the bathroom!! We asked to move room and initially they said that they could clean the room but we said no and that we needed a new room. The new room wasn’t much better with bugs and ants on the floor and bed. We didn’t feel comfortable there at all. The food wasn’t great and on the third day I had food poisoning. So overall a terrible stay. None of this is made up or exaggerated. The only positive was the pools as there were many of them - even then there were lots of bugs in them.

Nice hotel But Stay Away!
Looks: entrance n reception area look great. The picture advertised of the pools n slides at the back of hotel looks bigger in the picture n smaller in person but okay for little bit of fun - but deceiving. We came on our wedding anniversary and requested a king size bed, our room got changed to a smaller one and didn't even have a balcony like other guests. A lot of wasps flying around so if your getting a tan anywhere in hotel by the pools beware. Location: it's in middle of nowhere so you can't really leave the grounds or even walk around outside hotel unless your getting a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus to the marakech new town (high st, 20mins) Food: it's nice but limited variety, probably due to less people coming there. They didn't even give water bottles n said we had to pay for them (there are cups n water coolers around though) Staff: very nice n friendly However - Dont do excursions through the hotel AVOID AT ALL COST. The person working there is a con man (photo of place in the reception area below of where he sits, Meeting Point. He miss-sold us and others on excursions, one of Atlas Mountains guided tour (over £100) where he said we'll get an English speaking guide and can walk up the mountain. This didn't happen, he made us take breakfast on the go, lunch 6hours later and the walk or history of the mountains didn't happen n didn't refund any part of the money - he kept delaying with excuses until we flew out (picture of his place is below).

Our first room was lovely and big and the air con worked really well, unfortunately it turned out to be right above the evening entertainment so incredibly loud. We asked to be moved and this was done the very next morning. The second room was lovely and quiet but the air con was temperamental. Both rooms were very clean, the shower very powerful and got every time. The food was lovely! The alcoholic drinks weren't overly strong, there were rumours of it being watered down. No fridge in the room and no bottles of water supplied but plenty of water coolers around the hotel. There's a free shuttle which takes you to the old town and the new town. We used this and it was fairly on time. Overall this hotel is fine for the price we paid but we won't be going back.

Booked the stay via Expedia. The check-in process went very quick and easy. We got a very quiet room, as requested, with a private patio. Initial impression - great. sadly, we very quickly discovered that the room was quite dirty: plenty of dust and cobwebs behind and under the beds, stains (unwashed) all over the place. we had to intervene 3 or 4 times with the hotel management to get it sorted. They just did not see the problem. It was very disappointing. The hotel itself is great, the pools and entertainment were amazing. Plenty of food and lots of choices - delicious. The issue that upset us the most (beside filthy room) was the fact that the staff were mainly speaking French and it felt as the hotel was only for French - speaking people. The entertainment programme - French only (started speaking a bit of English and Arabic- which should be obvious considering location, after I asked them to). I found it simply RUDE. overall - loved the hotel, but the management has to work harder to be more inviting.

Nice clean hotel with pleasing well mannered staff
The hotel is not in the city however there is a hotel coach that takes you into the old city and the new city which is a 30 minute ride. Otherwise it's a clean friendly and comfortable hotel. Language spoken mostly is French and Morrocan. The reception staff speak English. The bar staff were v obliging and helpful.

Great hotel for those that speak French
Most staff are very pleasant and helpful and speak some degree of English, The drinks available for all inclusive guests were really quite small considering the heat. The room was always very clean and well presented. The food on offer was changed every night, however the menu was based around moroccan /french cusine, and all entertainment was spoken in french, considering there were quite a few english guests this was a shame. The free bus service operated by the hotel made things alot easier, although you had to request this the night before. All in all though a pleasant stay would consider staying again if ever in marrakech.

awful loud entertainment around the pool throughout the day shouting on a microphone - (kind of misses the point of a mic) and loud music completely ruining the peace for any other guests not wishing to partake in "benidorm' type activities Couldn't even read/listen to iPod - could hear it from the rooms! Shame, ruined a relaxing weekend for us all and we were the youngest there!

Best hotel in Marrakech, in my opinion.
Marble, granite, porcelain everywhere and very high ceilings conveyed to me that this is a 4/5 star hotel even though it isn't. Staff and shuttle bus driver really helpful. Nice swimming pool area. Shame there was no room service or even a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Me and my wife enjoyed the food at their restaurant and definitly wood recommend this hotel and stay again. Excellent choice!

Fabulous hotel away from all the commotion of the busy city! We were there in Nov so it was lovely&quiet, though you could tell from the facilities available that they'd be much busier at peak times. Staff were excellent, eager to accomodate&all very friendly. The hotel is a bit out of town but free shuttle bus is provided&the drivers are very nice. Be sure to book your place on the bus as it does get filled up fast. Saying that, even on the 1st night when we showed up without having reserved everyone made an effort to fit us in just so we wouldn't have to get a taxi! Everyone was just so pleasant! I would definately recommend this hotel&I'd stay again if I ever return to Marrakech!

Excellent hotel, very good for families.
Excellent food and accommodation. The hotel is a bit remote so the shuttle bus was essential. The bus often got overcrowded but they were very good about adding extra trips into town. Otherwise taxis were fairly cheap and a good alternative.

It took 20 minutes to check in, no apology from staff. Terrible location with absolutely nothing in the surrounding area. Expensive taxi arranged by hotel (£15 back to central Marrakech) on departure. No restaurant information within the hotel (menu not available 15 minutes before service) Terrible loud live music in bar for pre dinner drinks, Food (non buffet) was dreadful. Buffet breakfast ok. Room average. Thank goodness we were only there for one night.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was too far to walk to the city center, so taking the hotel's shuttle was necessary. On the other hand, because it was so removed, it was an incredibly relaxing place to stay. The pool was wonderful, the staff was quite helpful and kind, and the entire experience was delightful. I would recommend it to anyone - families or friends or lovers would all be comfortable here.

There are a lot of good points, and a few bad points about this hotel; The good points are that the hotel itself is fairly new, well maintained and very clean, as were the rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable, with fridge and safe, air conditioning which is a +++ especially in the hot summer months! Rooms also have a TV however there is very limited english channels, mainly arabic, french or sometimes german. The breakfast is quite substantial, no complaints there. However, unless you have a full board booking, i wouldn't recommend paying for the lunch or dinner service (180dirhams - £15 pounds) There are many daily poolside activities, and the pool is always kept very clean. There is wireless internet supposedly throughout the hotel, but really it only works whilst in the lobby, poor connection everywhere else. The bad points are that the hotel is about 15-20mins by car from the Medina. There is a shuttle bus a few times a day which is convenient, at all other times you have to rely on getting a cab back to the hotel. But beware, Taxi drivers give crazy estimations for tourists, haggle hard! All in all this hotel isn't bad at all, the location is its main detriment. I would definately recommend it for families and people looking for a relaxing chilled out visit to Marrakesh.

hotel was really nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was lots of activities for kids and adults round the pool everyday. It was a bit far out of town, but there was a shuttle bus from the hotel, and a taxi home wasn't expensive. I would definately go back.
