200 yards away from the 101. Burger King across the street and Safeway about 1,5 miles away on the other side of the highway along with Starbucks. Pedestrian rooms but very comfortable king bed and clean bathroom and shower. Good water pressure in the shower! Great WiFi (free). Extraordinary free breakfast (It's free) ... Scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links. Make-your-own pancakes. Seattle's Best coffees. Toast and muffins and pastries. Juices and Ice water. Instant oatmeal and cereals. Real glass plates and metal utensils. Morning news on big flat screen TV. Very, very good ... and did I mention free???

The property is perfectly located. Nice staff and the rooms have always been clean and nice. However on this visit the room we stayed in had nail heads sticking up from the carpet where it met the bathroom tile/linoleum. floor.

Novato Gem
The hotel is very well maintained and an excellent value for the money. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Perry's restaurant next door is yummy. They offer room service at the hotel as well as dining in. Will definitely stay here again when in Marin County.

I enjoyed my visit here. I appreciated the close stores around the area. When I arrived there was a deer on the hil which was really majestic.

We were so pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, especially the man who gave us a nice quiet room in Bldg. 1. Beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really impressive

Unplanned but Pleasant Stay
Clean and comfortable room with lots of electrical outlets. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Having a good restaurant across the parking lot is convenient.

Near perfect hotel
Location is perfect, near freeway, spacious room and good size beds , clean beddings, they allowed early check in, lots of parking space, very good breakfast with lots of choices.coffee maker in the room with ref and microwave . but sadly we don’t drink coffee. Wish there’s tea, or hot chocolate. And I wish they provide complimentary water bottle in the room.

The only issue I had was I felt as if I was being rushed to check out by the housekeeper. The check out time was noon yet the housekeeper had knocked on my door and tried to enter my room twice between 8:30 or 9:00AM. I called the front desk to confirm the check out time and was told it was noon. I informed the front desk that I would be checking out at noon. I thought the message would be relayed to the housekeeper but apparently it was not. She knocked on my door and tried to enter three more times before noon. Other than that, I enjoyed everything else about the property. The room was great. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.
