"Good location"

"Right outside of the Rialto Bridge. Location was excellent. Saw mouse droppings in an open suitcase when we returned to the room one night but overall the room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was better than a lot of other places we had stayed. Loved using an actual key instead of a keyboard. Building was a little dated but wasnt an issue."

"The hotel was in a good location close to the train, bus station & water taxis/vaporetto stations. The room was clean and had good amenities. Breakfast is good - varied selection available. The male receptionist who met me on my arrival was very rude and discourteous about me travelling solo. After almost 24 hours of travel this was the last thing I needed. The two other members of reception staff I spoke with during my stay were very polite and courteous. Whilst the hotel was in a good location I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Amazing stay and would highly recommend if you want an easy and peaceful stay in Venice. The hotel is 3 mins away from the ferry busses which connect you to the main parts of Venice. Staff are very nice and have great recommendations as well. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend a stay here."

"The hotel was very clean and they offered a variety of food for breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The staff is friendly but we would have appreciated additional information since this was our first trip to Venice. The hotel is walking distance to the vaporetto but about a 30 minute ride to Venice center. If you get motion sickness, you might want to be prepared with medicine in advance or stay in Venice center. It’s reasonably priced because it’s not in the Venice center. If you like to walk out of your hotel and have everything right there for you, this is probably not the hotel for you."
