"Our maid Estilia ,in maid services was top of the line, in perfection- if all your staff are like Estilia , and as perfection driven, then your method of hiring has something far above your competition-also- your beach employees are cut from the same cloth, because it was enjoyable and no want was gone unattended-Hilton is still our favorite, in and out of country! "They saved our vacation as we booked last minute to move from a disastrous situation at a different hotel out in Fort Myers Beach. The stay at the hotel was marvelous. The rooms are HUGE! Totally unexpected! The size of the balcony is also generous with a gorgeous view out on the canal. The balcony has netting which provides a bug free evening with your beverage of choice. The room comes with a kitchen that has all the amenities you need: full size fridge with ice maker and water, microwave, stove, utensils, and coffee maker. We had a total of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is dedicated to the master bedroom. Unit came with a washer and dryer. Everything is brand new with the units being extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and even let us check out later to get some additional pool time with the kids. They provide a shuttle to the Marco Island beaches along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Couldn’t ask for more of pleasant stay. We found a place we plan to return to for another family vacation. 100% recommended."
