I liked the area around but the hotel was a big disappointment. The entire hotel was always very cold. No heating in the room. Woke up in the night shivering and could not sleep. Talked to the front desk. Nothing was done.

Excellent Hotel very friendly staff, located near everything I’ll use this hotel every time I visit Manizales I recommend this hotel for any visit to this city Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty to choose from From the front desk guys to the person who cleans and the people in the restaurant they are all extremely helpful and nice

Great staff. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Nice, quiet part of Manizales close to some good restaurants (La Suiza is great for breakfast and coffee), but bear in mind it's a taxi ride from the center of the city.

I just want to say The best of this Hotel!!!!! Breakfast with Lorena and the other Hospitality team!!! Rooms were hot we had to ask for a fan ( they turn off a/c ) they said because COVID, but room smelly every time we open the door, just that bother me a little!!! But the Hotel and people Awesome!!!!
