I chose the place for location AND aquarium view in the bedroom but things didn’t turn out as I expected. First, the first room that was assigned to me with an aquarium was nice and clean>>> BUT the smell of mold was horrible!! Masking it with DEODORIZER will NOT solve the problem! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. The mold smells like wet rags that wasn’t thoroughly washed with Clorox, lingers on the first room due to lack of circulation. Even when I asked to be moved, I could still smell the mold but it is not as bad because the room received lots of sunlight. But the curtains need to be washed or replaced! You have the heat and you have dampness = mold. Hotel might want to check the ventilation from AC Unit as well. I know about MOLD. I read about it because I have no choice. Finally, the location, it wasn’t walkable to Luneta Park or other places. You need to get a tricycle or a taxi. The cost is 150 php. Others will charge you 250 php or 300 php. Walk away from them!

The room is very well designed but the mattress was worn out. The water in the shower was lukewarm. And the aircon could not keep the room cool.

The room need improvement carpet smells. The hotel is not well maintain for a christmass eve stay not so magical it's lonely when ocean park close no light outside the hotel for christmass spirit it's ghost town mode. The breakfast selection poor.. pool area not so maintain ...The crew are super nice

Great family room & ocean view. We’re very happy with the spacious, clean room. The hallways smelled bad. The breakfast buffet is very disappointing. No coffee, no fruits, no forks ..when we showed up at 9am.

We really enjoyed the Aqua room with the aquarium. Very unique! We were there twice, once on the beginning of our trip and once on the end of our trip to the Philippines. The only thing that had to be fixed was the toilet. We called the front desk and it was fixed almost immediately. Really enjoyed staying there.

Enroute via road near harbor, lots of homeless. Horrible traffic. Didn’t realize it’s attached to their version of sea world, as waiting for service at lower baggage area. Nobody there, but used phone to call. Very tiny room and dated. Bathroom had bad caulking. Single electrical outlet stopped working on 2nd day. Same with phone. They do not provide electrical converters either, and when I asked the front desk didn’t seem to know what it is. Outdoor section was closed due to recent rain. They have some small shops and food concessions similar to street food (eat at your own risk). 2nd floor is real restaurant but didn’t discover it until getaway day. Used room service instead, which was of average quality for 3-star restaurant. Ventured out to waterfront seafood market where you can select shellfish and have restaurants cook it. This is market rate at level of U.S. Lobster is USD $50/pound plus cooking charge. There are crab, mussels, large shrimp too. Pricey but good. $450 for four people including drinks. Manila is a busy, crowded, expensive place, not for everyone. We stayed at a casino hotel earlier and prefer that much more. But had to at least experience Manila for good or bad.

The room has smell. Bed sheets has some torn and don't smells good and fresh as well as their pillows as well as their decorative pillowd that smells like it haven't washed for long time. It's not worth the price of accommodation. I will not go back there.

The area has a perfect location with tourist attraction just beside it. The Manila Ocean Park offers a great experience and it was amazing. Likewise the employees were respectful and helpful. I love my stay🙂

My wife and I had an interview with the US Embassy for CRBA, so we stayed at H20 because it was close to the US Embassy. This hotel isn’t guest friendly. You have to walk out to the street to catch a taxi. Our room only had 2 electrical outlets and both weren’t by the bed and one of the outlets didn’t work properly. They don’t have a microwave in the room. The rooms look outdated and we had to ask for a bedspread .The staff was friendly. They really don’t make anything convenient for the guests. I would recommend choosing a different hotel. For the price it’s not worth it.
