Professional and helpful staff. Great location for shopping and exploring Makati. Only drawback was the self car parking was full so had to use valet parking.

The staff in this hotel are absolutely wonderful! Head and shoulders above most hotels in Makati. Great location is a two minute walk from Glorietta / Greenbelt. Will be back soon for another staycation. Thank you Dusit Thani Manila!

The lobby is beautiful very clean. The restaurants and bar very nice. The staff very friendly and corteous . The only thing I didn’t like the room kind of old needs new paint. The worst thing was the bed when I was sleeping I m sliding down so I have to move to the other side. The comforter very old seems overused not very white anymore n not thick anymore . To me the room looks like an inn not a first class hotel. The room in boracay I stayed was very comfy the bed the comforter extremely white crisp n new.

Most staff a friendly. Waited 3 hours for my bags to be delivered to my room. I had to go back down to lobby to ask. I was unable to call because the phones in the room were broken. This occurred the last Time I stayed here as well. No food service at pool on weekdays. We ordered room service instead. The delivery took over 90 minutes.

We stayed here for a night but it was until the next morning I noticed that cracks on the bath tub and black molds on the shower. It was disgusting but I didn’t have the time to complain because I was in a hurry to leave. I like to breakfast buffet- there’s so many choices. On top of that, I love the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. However, I don’t think I’ll comeback. Try other hotels around the area if u can!
