The duvets are too large and to high a tog rating. They hang over the side of the bed causing too much weight. To me the rooms are plenty warm enough.

Early run to airport
Good room and facilities. Loved the Sshhh zone. £3 mini-bus to airport on time. I'm intrigued that they offer a refund if you don't get a good night's sleep. How can they prove it? I didn't have a good night's sleep, because my mind was too active pre-trip and I kept waking up. Not the hotel's fault.

My bed was a mass of ridges and valleys and my promised night's sleep never materialised. I spent most of the night massaging aching hips and by 3.30 am I made myself tea. It was an expensive few hours sleep and I would not recommend it.

My review
Just had the one night here before a flight. The room was very clean, great bathroom, spacious room and nice working area. Breakfast was good value, and costa coffee downstairs was a great bonus. I must admit disappointment with the comfort of the bed. The bed was amongst the most uncomfortable I have slept in, leaving my neck and my back hurting the next day for my flight, which was not ideal. Staff were beyond exceptional, minus one very rude woman at breakfast in the morning, who, when I said I have a table and couldn't find me on her list had a to at me before another lovely lady realised the mistake and assisted me to a vacant table and apologised. Didn't catch her name, though I would have loved to. The last thing I was disappointed with was the ATM, it was not able to give me money for the entire duration of my stay, and without another ATM on site, and the closest being back at the airport terminal, this was a let down, and an inconvenience. Overall not a overly pleasant stay, and would consider staying elsewhere next time for a higher price, purely just for the sleep quality.

We prefer open windows at night but the delivery of beer (I think) at 2 or 3 in the morning woke us up and we could not go back to sleep. Other than that the stay was fine.

Good place to stay over for Manchester airport.
A good clean new hotel. Some confusion with the neighboring hotel of the same name. Look for north or south on documents. Room was too cool despite temperature adjustment but bed and duvet were adequate. A good meal in the restaurant, small children catered for. Altogether recommended and will use again.

Excellent airport hotel
Excellent hotel best for short stays or stays before a flight. Lovely staff who were very helpful, nice little bar/restaurant area and a lovely little coffee shop where you can get a light breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and ensuite. Very clean with crisp white linen. Was very impressed with the standard of this hotel and its value for money.

Taxi came within five minutes of ringing from airport Very pleasant and efficient receptionist on arrival We had expected a twin bedded room after booking on line but a double room was booked due to misunderstanding. However another bed was quickly made up while we had a drink in the bar. Taxi arrived promptly at 5am as booked.

Ideal location for a friend's party
Window catch was broken and wouldn't close properly so room would have been noisy. It would appear that it is a common problem at the hotel. It was closed for us but we then couldn't open it which wasn't too much of a problem. We did wait a while to see if we might need to change rooms so wasted nearly an hour. Service was friendly, breakfast was very good value

Couldn't fault anything about our overnight stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms spotless and comfortable great value. Looking forward to my next stay in Aug in the Rainham Premier Inn:)

Hotel does the job as an airport hotel. It is a typical Premier Inn - functional, room clean. TV remote did not work. Biggest drawback - hotel doesn't have a shuttle to and from the airport... Taxis cost me £6 each way to terminal 1

A good no frills hotel. Family room a bit cramped. If your only staying a couple nights its ideal a bit too basic for staying any longer. Very close to the airport. Car parking price is acceptable too.

Convenient for arriving/departing the airport.
This is my second trip coming in from Manchester Airport from Canada and will always stay here. It is convenient and very welcoming.

Close to the Airport - very convenient
The hotel itself was very nice, and it had a Costa shop in the lobby. This was most pleasant. The food served at the hotel was also good, but they do not have room service. No room service was fine, but they do not even allow you to phone the order and then pick it up. You need to actually go downstairs and order the food. That was most inconvenient since we are only talking about a simple phone call. To top that, the head hostess (with RED hair) was a tad rude. It is not often someone answers back when ordering food, as if to question the order. It was my order - not hers - so I could do without the descriptive lecture from her. The hotel might want to find someone with a slightly better disposition to be the head hostess. This was my only true complaint. We took a short walk to the "Runway Park", which is a small park area off the airport runway and you can watch the planes land and take off. It was quite interesting and it was full of families. A good place for the kids if the weather is good. The shuttle to the airport was fairly priced at 3 pounds per person, as the local taxi was twice that rate. I will stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone who is traveling by plane.

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Room clean, however very noisy indeed. Sleeping in the middle of the M6 would have been quieter at night! The noise was simply down to the very poor maintenance of the window in the room. It was loose and ill fitting, so all you could hear were the lorries and cars all through the night on the airport trunk road!.

Convenient for the Airport
We had booked into the Runger Lane North Hotel. Upon arrival, our reservation could not be found, yet they said a number of reservations had been transferred to Runger Lane South (immediately across the parking lot). From then on our experience was excellent. The folks over in South were very warm and welcoming, arranged our dinner reservation & an hour of free internet, and were patient with all our questions. They do have a shuttle service via local taxi to the airport, but it is not free. It cost us 3 pounds per person per trip.

Comfort of the beds - not as expected did not get a goods night sleep. We booked a meal and had to wait for 15 minutes which we did and sat by the entrance. After 15 minutes somebody else came along and was directed right in. I told the server that we were waiting and she just said she didn't know. I told her she had the book in front of her so she should no. Her response was I didn't see it. Not happy with that then when we ordered a combo meal there was an item not on but they assured us they would put extra on which they didn't. The waitress did offer a portion of chips instead but by then we had the meal and didn't want to wait any longer. Overall not impressed with Premier on this occasion

Nice clean room. Nice bed linens and towels but the bed was very uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress but this was flat and hard. Woke up with a very stiff back I booked what I thought was a single room but got a room with two single beds and a double bed, so very little room in which to move around. I stayed there for one night because I was headed to the airport the next morning. I don't think I would stay here again

Besides the room being very clean and the hotel in close proximity to most of our destinations, I cannot help but point out the issue regarding surfing online or using the web. The internet would be very slow and inefficient at times and occasionally not working. The most inconvenient problem was having to pay only for one device and not being able to access the internet on any other devices. Wifi could be made much easier.

Excellent sleep!
Stayed here before and prefer South facility to North which seems to cater to teams etc. Our room's air conditioner didn't work this time, though a minor inconvenience.. and the vending machine was broken - not their fault. The desk clerk did give me a courtesy hour on the computer for my online flight check-in.

We booked in for one night. The room suited our purpose for a nights sleep before our long flight. The staff were very helpful. We had to wait for a seat in the restaurant but to be fair we had not booked in advance and the hotel was busy. Got an early taxi to our terminal which the staff booked for us. Would stay again.

Convenient to the Manchester airport and possesses great rooms, great service and a great restaurant and coffee shop. Airport transport was either by bus or taxi, which wasn't expensive. I will certainly use it again!

Had a terrible night at this hotel recently. The room was very noisy because of poor quality windows. Could hear every car and plane passing outside as if there was no window at all. The floor was dirty and the interior extremely minimal. Far better hotels to find for the same price close to the airport. Will certainly book another one next time.

First time at this Premier Inn and not disappointed. Really handy for the airport and better value than the hotels around Terminal 3 (it takes about 5-10 mins from hotel to airport).My only problems was that I had forgotten my wash bag and they had no shaving cream, disposable shavers or toothpaste. There were tooth brushes in the dispensing machine... but it was not working!!
