The checkin was quick and easy, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing i didnt like is the toilet is so close to the shower it doesnt leave much space to get in and out of the shower.

I was in the dining area with famĵily members . I NEEDED TO USE a bathroom close by, I asked the 2 ladies at the desk, if there was one in the lobby that I could use. On⁴e·ķ of them replied no it's broken. The other one said. No, no she can use that one behind the desk. I went there, I didn't see anything broke⁵I

What can I say! This is one of the top places I have stayed .. I’m on the road a lot night here a night there so finding a place like this where they had a full gym connected to the hotel with access with your room key a pool with a bar and cabanas. Applebees, little Caesars across the street, modern clean rooms, would absolutely stay here again !

So clean!! So comfy!! This place has the software, most luxuriant, bedding and the softest dreamiest mattress. And so clean!

didn't stay there - couldn't find reservation online so thought it was never completed stayed somewhere else and was charged for the room regardless - no give with this property when things go south for your travel plans - no way they were even close to full!

There was no sign on the building telling us this was a Comfort Inn. Also the road access was horrible! Staff was very nice and took care of issues right away..I saw a man spilling coffee for a good 25 feet (very rude and a slob) all over the dining room floor and out the front lobby and staff immediately cleaned it up to avoid any potential slips.

Staff questionable! And rude
I waited an hour n half for check in I booked a king room but was given 2 doubled beds. Because the first two rooms that were offered with keys were told they were clean but CSR called twice to get keys back à this too was show to us but had no window treatments !! We took 4th room just to rest with my highly autistic grandson in bedroom. I was denied King because they said Hotels.com booked a room that was not available. I believe they changed my reservation ! Because it was easier to keep the other kings available. Such a disappointment!! I’ve spent over 3000 since 10/1 they would not allow me to change rooms and told me they were keeping me exactly where I was !!

The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. The on-site gym and pool was a nice touch. Breakfast started at 6 and was great. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
