Dear Mr Singh, I'm sorry the produce didn't meet Mrs Kaur's expectations. As a gesture in place of reservation of One room for 4 people, I had offered three bedroom cottage and a complimentary Pizza and soft beverages. Ma'am also gave feedback of flies and mosquitoes in the room, Kindly note there aren't mosquitoes, flies would only be attracted from outside if the Windows/door has been left open and food or something attracted them. This feedback was shared just prior to departure, which I'ld looked into. She did mention multiple times the price was too high, I'm sorry to learn they didn't;t feel the value for their money in one night stay which had Dinner, Breakfast and taxes inclusive for four member party and had offered an upgrade to a Three Bedroom cottage! We at Renest River Country Resort strive to deliver great stay and memorable experiences to our guests, sorry to learn we fell short on this occasion.
