Poor reception service.
This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

Regarding the temperature of the dinner, we would like to point out that our dinner is served in buffet form and that we really do our best to keep the dishes that come fresh from the kitchen as hot as possible. Good Location, Thin Walls!
I had a nice staff here, the staff were always friendly and the food (half board) was nice with plenty of variety. My room was smallish but comfortable and clean, and I liked that the fridge was in a cupboard so you couldn’t hear it. Playa de Muro beach is a two minute walk. They have a very small car park, I parked on the street the whole time which was ok. My only reservations about this hotel are that the walls are quite thin and unfortunately some of the guests were quiet noisy. My room was on the first floor over the bar, and although the music went off at a reasonable time you could hear loud talking until very late. The other thing is that my room faced east, which meant in October you got no sun on the balcony at all, and faced the busy main road. I expect the rooms at the back have a much nicer aspect.

Happy stay as first holiday in 2 years
Pleasent hotel across the road from the Beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful and most speak multiple languages. We had breakfast as part of our stay and options were plentiful and different most days. Really good COVID compliance in dining areas with plenty of mask wearing and alcohol gel and always option to eat outside. Pool area was clean and generally quiet. Room was slightly dated but generally clean with balcony space to sit out and also dry towels. Our balcony was on the road side and was louder than we’d expected it to be. Bathroom did not seem to have a fan to circulate air which was odd. Would recommend to friends and family.

Not for couples- Ugly dated rooms tiny pool NOT 4*
Not sure where to start. Arrived at a very nice looking reception and I was impressed. It was nice and cool which was a welcome to the 30 degree heat outside. We came straight from the airport on the express bus that took him over an hour. The receptionist was German I believe. We had 2 people in the queue in front of us. We waited at least 10 minutes and there was no other receptionist. She finished serving the customer in front of us and we went over… There was no welcome no “how are you?” The first thing she said was “I will need your credit card to check in.” My husband and I looked at each other and thought ok… from then on there was no conversation. Nothing. It took about 2 mins, she charged me fully up front. Gave us the room key, told us the breakfast times and pointed toward the lifts. I was honestly stunned. I have never received such bad service! Our package included free welcome drinks - we did not get any. We were given a room on the first floor - terrible! Noisy and right above the entrance so we had to keep curtains drawn as everyone could see right in. Toilet room handles were broken. Shower is absolutely small- you have to keep your elbows in when washing your hair. It was claustrophobic and felt like a hostel shower. No extra shower settings. Water was overflowing so we had to use towels just outside the tiles. The pool- is tiny. Kids in the adult pool were jumping and had toys. No vegetarian option at breakfast aside from fruit.

Comfortable!
Lovely hotel with just a short walk to the beach, very family friendly. We visiter as a couple so We heard some kids stamping on the floor above every morning and nights were quiet but this was good for early nights and long beach days. Well located amidst many restaurants and shops. Beds much more comfortable than other hotels on our trip !

Did not like the fact that the air conditioning system was not available, also extractor/vent in the bathroom did not appear to be working. Rooms were a reasonable size, clean. The bathroom was clean although had problems with very tiny ant-like bugs in bathroom & closet. Would I stay there again most definitely?

Fantastic
This is my 4th visit to this hotel I am a solo traveller this hotel is perfect for me. Hotel very clean and tidy staff very friendly food is great with a brilliant choice. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is an amazing beach 2 minutes walk and great shops near by.

A pleasant hotel, not much to complain about, just ... didnt like the bacon during breakfast, it was weird brown color and soft, looked like been boiled not fried to make it crispy.

A super hotel: stylish yet good value.
I was on a week's cycling trip with friends, for which the hotel was well equipped and in a good location. The staff were exceptional; very helpful, happy and friendly. I was delighted to find my single room with rear view had been upgraded to a double with seaview! The beach (right opposite the hotel) was lovely - a perfect, gently sloping, sandy, bathing beach. I enjoyed the spa and outside pool, liked the stylish restaurant and found the food to be better than expected - a wide selection of generally tasty dishes; breakfast was particularly good. All for a very fair price; great value.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful, rooms spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped. Pool ha very nice and a good bar with snacks available. Cake and coffee in the afternoon was very nice. I had half board and the food is okay, all buffet style and lots of choice but average quality. Although you pay for dinks at your table and I did that, I was charged again when I checked out for a drink so make sure you keep your receipt. Cocktails were a bit disappointing. I would visit the hotel again

Weak wifi, but great location and nice stay
Wifi rarely worked in my room, which is only negative point about this hotel. However, overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The breakfast was good even though it would be much better if there are more vegetables. Muro beach is within 5 min walking distance, and there are lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. The bus stop to/from the airport is in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

sea is the best thing on that holiday
the reception charged me extra 20 euro and could not provide the receipts....quite upsetting when they try to trick you. plates in the restaurant are dirty bit staff works so o hard but I heard ppl complaining few times about the dirty plates. as for me I expected it as it s sort of all inclusive thing can't expect a great food next time I will stay in appartement and will eat outside and rent a car

Awesome for a week
The hotel is literally about 100m from the beach which made a lot of boat excursions really easy, there is shops either side of the hotel for about a mile and an excursion office right outside, the only downside of this hotel is the air conditioning didn't work on all settings which meant getting out of bed at 3am, freezing to turn it off or sweating all night, I hear the broken setting varied room to room, 2 didn't work for me. The hotel food, although very wide in variety, being cooked in front of everyone and with great amounts of everything it's just wasn't very nice, I didn't expect fine dining as it's a hotel but some of the pasta was dry and over cooked, bread was really dry and the scrambled egg at breakfast was atrocious, although having 5 places to eat in the immediate versinity meant eating out was fine and not very expensive, there are places open to drink till late, and the beach is always clean.

Pleasantly surprised
The hotel was lovely! Much better than I thought. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good variety of food. Really close to the beach which was clean and beautiful!! Only disappointment was there wasn't even water free of charge at dinner. You had to pay for that!! €2.60 for a 50cl bottle.

Fantastic value for money
Perfect place to stay in Playa de Muro. A well-kept hotel just a block away from the beach, right at the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Cleaned daily (very much appreciated after you bring a ton of sand from the beach into the room). No trouble with parking in the area, even though you can basically forget about the actual reserved parking spaces. It is actually easier to park on the street. Fantastic restaurant, offering one of the widest ranges of breakfast and dinner buffets I have seen. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast & dinner option, as the hotel in general is great value for money.

Best holiday I've had to date!
The hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. Would love to go back just for the hotel. The food was really lovely too, as I am a fussy eater there was plenty of choices to choose from, and each night the theme was different which we really appreciated. The beach was literally so close, and was clean and looked after. The only negative of the Holliday was the transfer between the airport to our hotel. It took longer than our plane journey (2hrs) getting to their as it constantly stopped at different hotels to let people off, when it should've only taken 1hr. Would not recommend sharing transport with others. Other than that, would love to go back

Hotel and surrounding area was a bit noisy but what did it for me was after returning back to or room after a day at the beach 6.30 pm we were told there was no water! The guests had used it all! It would be back at 7.30pm we had a dinner planned with friends at 8 and water never came on till 8.15 subsequently we had to cancel

Nice quiet hotel with good facilities

Perfect
Fabulous hotel, lovely staff and amazing resort. We have put this on the top of our holiday list, the reason for our visit was because my daughter had been transferred to a hospital there after having a fall in Palma and the good thing to come out of it was to find this most beautiful resort with everything you could want with out the noise. The hotel was perfect, not too big but with everything you need for a good holiday.

Excellent choice
I booked to stay 1 night and then extended a further 4 nights. I can not fault anything, the staff without exception are helpful, professional and most welcoming. The resort which i have never visited before is delightful and most definitely not to be compared to magaluf. The beach is amazing so clean and safe. The hotel food is nice but there are so many lovely restaurants close by you are spoilt for choice. I will most certainly be visiting again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities
Good, modern hotel. Close to a lovely, clean beach which was a little windy but pleasant. The food was great - good quality, excellent selection and a different theme every night. The pool was good. Cold, but still able to go in for short swims. Nice little play area for small children- our daughter loved playing there. Good location for exploring further around the coast

Friendly and newly renovated. Excellent location.
We only needed an overnight stay, leaving very early the following morning. The staff were great, specially the lady on reception when we arrived - even organised for someone to let us have access to the restaurante to get coffee at 4am. Amazingly kind.

Good location across from beach
Good location, small rooms, nickel and dimed for everything but that is most places. AC works good but Wifi is advertised on site but is terrible can even access it in rooms. You must go to lobby to use it. You can't bring your own drinks to the pool area and the the hotel charges a daily rate for beach towel use. They have 1 washer and dryer for a whole hotel so bring your own towels and dry them on your patio everyday. Food was great but your have a designated meal time if you opt for half board, ours was after 8 pm. If you drive be careful the small yet free area may fill up fast and you are stuck finding a parking place out on the street.
