The stay was excellent, the house was fully furnished( stove, wash machine, wardrobe,TV, and aircon), it was clean and comfortable. The location is also good, there were a few shops close to the apartment, and the beach was 25-30 min walk through the town centre. I was very pleased with the stay

It took us about ten minutes to unlock the door the first time and this was only after several attempts. Problem could easily have been avoided if we had been advised of issue at check-in. However, the main issue was with the bathroom. It was extremely small with no ventilation and one of the tiles on the ceiling appeared to be loose. The shower unit was very poor with almost no hot water at times and the flow of water was extremely weak even when there was some hot water. The property itself is reasonably convenient to the centre of Malaga and the bus and train stations.

The apartment was great, location excellent. 10 - 15 mins walk over the bridge to the old town, 15 -20 mins to the beach. The apartment had everything you could need, microwave , oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, toiletries, hairdryer, toaster, kettle........Fantastic terrace on the roof to laze in the sun especially the evening sun. Beautiful church next door whose bells did ring but finished about 10:00pm. We had a really good short stay

The hotel is nothing like the pictures posted on the site. There is no proper check in process, no elevator and the reception barely speaks English. The units are old dark and dirty. It's definitely not a three star.

Review of stay
We loved this apartment. They had just finished cleaning the unit when we arrived. Very nice front staff during check in. Unit is very spacious, fully furnished, has ac/heat, and great WiFi. The unit is very close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this place you can’t beat the price!

Spacious apartment walking distance to the beach.
Awesome apartment. Great staff. She even helped us carry our luggage and booked our taxi pick up for the next morning, since my Spanish is non existent.

Malaga city break
The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all we needed for our stay, including large fridge /freezer, microwave , hob, washing machine,TV and air conditioning. There was a lovely roof terrace with sunbeds, parasols and tables, on the ground level there was a shady area with sofas. The apartments are 5 minutes from the historic centre where there are also numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc. They are an easy 10-15 minute walk to the train station and then 12 min journey to the airport. The concierge was always very pleasant and helpful. Local area quiet and safe.

This is a great place to stay it had everything we wanted . Sun relaxing area .local shops and short walks to old town and main shopping area most of the site's to see were a short walk and girl taking care of everything was very helpful a must enjoy able stay will be back again thank you

Old (Real) Malaga, with a twist
This apartment block is within walking distance of old Malaga. It's not a trendy or touristy part of town, but it is safe, with department stores and local bars within minutes, especially if you don't want to be with the hoardes. The Ladies who run the block are fastidious on cleanliness and if you are the adventurous type, but want a clean safe place, with a brill roof terrace, then book ! I see other reviews on the church next door. The bells do not ring constantly, just for service. OK, in festival time, more services, but that's why you visit these places ! It's a real church for locals - be tolerant and enjoy, it's not like the bells ring every hour or at dawn or midnight .....

Great value. Spacious with everything you need for an extended stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 to 10 minute walk to the edge of the tourist town center. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel close to the city centre
It was a pleasure to have a chance for stay in this hotel. It's very close to the city centre (about 10 minutes walk) and around 25-30minutes away from the playa de malagueta. Apartment had everything I needed during the stay. It was clean. The only things I didn't like was quite slow wifi and air conditioning which was working loud but acceptable .

Good value location
The apartment is a little off the beaten track which makes it a lot cheaper. It is a very short walk to the centre of the old town and Cathedral. There is a church and a convenience store near the apartment which results in many locals coming and going, which can be a little noisy. When we stayed, some building work was taking place during the night!

Barely OK, even though we emailed our arrival time, no one there, luckily tenants were able to help us. Could not take a shower without flooding the floor. Internet very slow, lots of noise from the street,

Great apartment
Was very pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Excellent check in procedure with friendly helpful staff. Great apartment, modern clean, good facilities. Wifi not brilliant but no big deal. Lovely roof garden and in great position for the historical centre as it is only a 15min walk away. Very good take away places nearby, must mention Holiday Kebab bar restaurant and takeaway C/Jaboneros Local 1, where you can get excellent value food. Only slight down side is that there is a church next door and some people might not like the bells, however did not bother us too much.

'And the bells tolled'.
This was a late booking once I decided my daughter & I needed a break together before Christmas. The apartments are lovely with all one needs for a self catered holiday and better than I'd anticipated. It's only a short walk into the town centre and main attractions and shops/ museums, the stunning cathedral and great eateries and restaraunts. The neighbourhood itself around the Apartments, is very residential and street cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired we thought. Next door to the Apartments is a beautiful church with bells that ring every hour on the hour and are quite loud!! Noise is a bit of an issue locally with a refuse truck that came every night around 12-12.30am and as the Apartments are single glazed, you tend to hear everything going on in the street if you have a street side apartment as we did. I won't say we wouldn't stay here again, but as clean streets are important to me, the city council need to do something about this issue. The above said, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and conveniently located place to stay for the main attractions of Malaga, These Apartments are ideal.

Highly enjoyable few days in Malaga and pleased overall with the apartment. We received a warm, friendly welcome and the apartment was clean, tidy and perfectly adequate for our needs. The neighbourhood was a little noisy at night, but not overly a problem. Nice and handy for walking into the city centre. Would return and use the apartments again.

Useable, clean and decently equipped
We are a family of 4 who stayed for two nights. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, service good, climate control great, and provision of smart tv and free WiFi was useful. The kitchen area was very useable. We were a little disappointed that the bedroom was annexed rather than separate - so mums and dads have to play nicely after the kids go to bed. Our room was on the ground floor and the French door opened straight on to the narrow pavement (albeit through cell-style bars). Catching the eye of passers-by as they glance into your room from five feet away is a little disconcerting at first. The predominantly Ikea-urban furnishing is fine if a little tired in places. The area looked a little "gangland" initially but seemed perfectly safe, and the town centre is a short stroll away which was great! Overall it was perfectly useable as a short stop to see Malaga and it was great value, but I'd insist on an upper floor if I booked again. Note we found a cockroach in the room, but with no other sign of infestation suspect it was a opportunistic visit via the French doors.

Great appartment, great check in welcome. Superb roof terrace. (Next time we would choose a non street view room if we came back as there is an all night convenience store outside which acts as a busy social meeting place for local community).

Great base to visit malaga
We stayed for 3 days and was really surprised with the excellent value and condition of the apartment. Don't worry about the location as some have been negative, it's clean and safe with easy acces to shops and the old town. Will use the apartment again.

City Centre Location
We enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The central location was handy for bars, restaurants and attractions of Malaga. Our favourite 2 restaurants were Alacazar for tapas and for fine food try Vino Mio where you can also experience traditional flamenco. We visited Gibfranco Castle for the second time in 3 years. Its a 30 mins walk to the top or you can take a bus. Entrance is for a small charge, here you will get great views of the city including the port, marina and bull ring. You will be staying in a residnetial part of Malaga so you will experience true Spain. There is a church right next to the apartments and it does have bells but I would'nt let this put you off. We went on days trips by coach to Cordoba, Seville and Grenada. We enjoyed these especially Cordoba. Malaga is not where alot of tourists stay so ydont expect all shop/restaurant or bar staff to speak good English. We used our basic Spanish which got us by ok.

Awesome helpful staff. very clean room. Found parking in front of the door and left the car there for 2 days with no issues. Neighborhood felt kinda eerie at night but safe overall. location in general was great with walking distance to everywhere, a grocery shop and a little cafe/bar in the same street. Noise level inside the room is pretty high, you can hear the neighbors too. I would recommend for everyone who sleeps like a rock.
