Absolutely loved my stay here. The views were breathtaking, the food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The only thing I would have loved was a coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Well maintained building. Staff were very helpful at check in helping with unloading of luggage and instructions of where to park. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Parking fee cited by staff was incorrect. Website and staff said 25 euros. It was 42 euros.

Great sized room with a large double bed. Very clean, and great location , easy to get to all parts of madrid and the metro. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cold meats, cheese fruits and breads, and cooked food including eggs and sausages. All staff very helpful. The interior is very art deco, a great hotel!

The property is very modern and centrally located. The views of Gran Via from the rooms are very nice and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive with any questions/needs. The only dislike was that the room were vert tight and small, but appreciated the larger bathroom.
