Really beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room, facilities, breakfast, patio, roof top etc etc. They will take great care of you and not nickel and dime you along the way. We highly recommend.

This hotel has an excellent cost-benefit ratio. It is in very good condition and has very comfortable rooms, but without a doubt what I like the most about this hotel is the friendly, efficient and very attentive staff! I have been to all the best hotels of Madrid and I can say that, because of the professional and very high quality level of service this is my hotel of choice in Madrid. World class service.

Great location and excellent staff but room was dated and amenities were limited (didn't even provide water) for the price we paid. Carpet also looked like it could use a food cleaning. We also got an accessible room even though we didn't ask for one. Quite disappointed.

Very high end property, in the middle of the city. Right next to the Palace. Great restaurants near by. The staff was excellent, very friendly and kind.After a long day in the city go back to hotel and soak in the free standing tub in your room. Wonderful place.

The manager was very helpful and tried very hard. The carpet in their rooms was worn out and stained. Making the room feel dirty and tired.

Amazing Stay
This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed in the Red Level and received incredible service, particularly from Jordan and Delfina, but everyone was great. The room was very comfy and clean. The food in the Red lounge was excellent as was room service.
