One night stay on way back to Santander. Room clean and beds very comfy. Restaurant attached to property provided some excellent food. Would recommend!

Everything was fine except for 1. parking - all the places on the hotel territory were occupied, but we were lucky when the hotel clients left the hotel and freed up parking space 2. in the bathroom for three guests there was one toothbrush, one toothpaste and one comb 3. there were 2 glasses in the room and there were also 2 tea and coffee sets. Well, at least there were 3 bottles of water.

We loved the staff! They were all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Transportation into the city was a bit tricky, but Ubers were cheap and the walk to the Metro wasn’t too bad unless we did a lot of walking in the city. I wasn’t fond of the bathrooms. Our door had about a 2 inch gap and didn’t latch closed, but the adjoining room’s door did latch, so it may have just been that one room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was ok but the bathroom was great with a bathtub and all necessary amenities like toothbrush Africa from the reception was awesome

Friendly efficient staff
Very impressed with the hotel and staff. We chose to pay for the underground parking as we had a trailer. Easy to find, petrol garage next door and easy to get back onto the motorway.

We would recommend this hotel and would stay again but we will be unable to do so as we will be traveling with our dog who weighs 20kg and the hotel has a limit of only 10kg. Also was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed because it was Sunday.

Fantastic stay
The hotel was very nice staff friendly everyone said hello or good day be it the maintainace man room clear all staff friendly. Room was large as was the bathroom tge mini bar was included. They replaced every used toiletries everyday chocolate for each guest, slipper and bathrobes. The bedfing was changed daily. The resturant wasva little expensive all side dishes where extra but it was top quality food and portion where huge. Bar/ cafe very friendly lady behind bar tapas very nice.drinks reasonable price locals use bar crisps and olives served with every drink and small slice of madera cake with coffee. Service excellent. Good time. Double bed huge easily fit 3 big men in it

Overnight Stop
This hotel was a half way stop on our journey from Murcia to the ferry at Santander. It is only a few minutes easy drive from the motorway. The bed was super comfy and we had an excellent nights sleep

The hotel was everything that could be expected. The location was in the commercial district, not very convenient for the main town.

Great location for a stop over night. Lobby was beautiful, staff very polite and friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Jr. Suite is very strange. The bathroom is upstairs in the room with a window in front of the shower that allows anyone from in the room downstairs to watch you shower or use the toilet. No privacy.

We found the hotel easy to find on our way back to the ferry at Santandar and thank goodness the staff were so helpful as our care refused to start when we tried to move it to a parking place after checking in Our call to Green Flag (they were great) resulted in our car being transported to a 24 hour garage just 10 minutes away where the mechanics found we had a problem with no deisal at the injectors and disconnected the supply pipes to manually fill with fuel and then the engine restarted, We had a tank 3/4 full of deisal!!. The manager at the hotel had translated for us

We have booked a family room. There were two separate rooms. one of the rooms had a strong smell after somebody smoked in it. At about 1am at night, I smelled cigarette smoke (should be from another room) in another room too.

Pleasant hotel
Nice chain hotel set in the middle of a commercial area. Hotel itself very pleasant as you would expect, evening meals a bit pricy. Found a good local bar down the road doing excellent local food at a more sensible price, so no problem with eating out. Would use this hotel again, only just off our route south.

Near motorway and not expensive
Hotel staff very helpful, our room was not up to standard so asked for an upgrade which we got for a small extra charge. Large bed and spacious bathroom but sink stopper not working. fridge in room very handy with complimentary soft drinks. Dinner menu overpriced and menu del dia not available in evenings, disappointing. Not much choice nearby (Burger king) for alternative dining but town centre not far away by car if you can be bothered to find parking. Hotel car park free and secure.

As this hotel is situated in an industrial estate, the bar and restaurant are closed on the Sunday. This necessitated a trip into town, 2 Km away, which when you have done a full days work is not always desired. Apart from that the hotel is fine

Stayed for one night on our wa to Murca. Easy to find and a very comfortable stay with a nice bar/resteraunt for our evening meal which was good and not expensive. Nice breakfast and left feeling really pleased on our choice for a overnight.

A very clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Advantages are that it has parking, is quite near a metro for trips into Madrid City centre (you have to drive there but easy to park car nearby) and has free wifi. The downside is that the breakfast is expensive for what you get and the restaurant at the side was disappointing. I would use this hotel again.

Tranquilo hotel a las afuera de Madrid. No tenía incluido el desayuno pero decidimos pagarlo, tiene los suficiente para hacer un desayuno muy rico y el valor es €12. Tiene estacionamiento gratis en la propiedad. Wifi estuvo bien. Es Pet friendly.
