We got a family room. Excellent space, enough and comfortable beds. Easy check in. I did it on line. Service was superb. We asked for supplies and they will come within 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good, with great variety of food and drinks. Highly recommended!

This property is in a pretty central location buses running to plaza mayor every 3 minutes and only 10 minutes away. It’s also kept very clean with staff accommodating. The breakfast is also very good,Big variety of foods. Also the hotel is in walking distance from a large mall.

Colazione pessima; macchina per caffe' e cappuccino che utilizza polveri e acqua in abbondanza, scelta per colazione dolce (italiana) minimale con 4 tipi di mini cornetti/dolcetti da buste del supermercato nemmeno riscaldate. Tutto il resto zuppe, minestre, verdure cotte e al vapore (odore sgradevole appena si entra). Pochi affettati. Come struttura invece, e' bella, pulita e in ottima posizione (autobus davanti l'entrata che porta al centro in 15 minuti).

El hotel está muy bien, personal amable y atento. La habitación en condiciones, cama cómoda No tenía el desayuno y decidí pagarlo, de lo que me arrepentí 100%. La calidad del desayuno bastante mejorable. El bacon casi crudo. El capuccino que sale de la máquina es un agua oscura sin más. Los huevos terrible ( que un 4* no tenga estación de show cooking donde hagan una tortilla en el momento o un huevo frito, lamentable), en fin Recomiendo el hotel pero desayunen fuera
