All was perfect but some nights it had groups of drunk people making a lot of noise outside the building. Was difficult to sleep.

I enjoyed my staying at this place. It was clean, spacious and right due to big windows in the living room. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable. The elevator was in good condition. My suggestions is to change some cooking ware due to rusting (electric kettle and pots) more basic kitchen ware is needed.

The reception for this property is 10 mins from the address given for check in. This was not communicated well at all and so we arrived with all of our luggage and our baby to the wrong address. Luckily I had an international phone plan so I could call the phone number but otherwise we would have been stranded on the street.

the ubication of the hotel was amazing. 2 subway station very close, a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a museum. Everything is very close. We have an issue with the wifi, but was quickly fixed by the personal. the apartment has all the amenities: kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine, very comfortable.

Nice apartment. It was pretty small for a family with 3 big kids. When the bed in the livingroom was open, no space to move..

The location was excellent; easy walking access to all major plazas. Near coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and tapas bars and shopping. Loved having windows with a balcony in every room! All basic amenities but very roomy and comfortable. It had a local neighborhood feel. Highly recommend. The only negative experience we had was that our room was never cleaned during our week-long stay there.

Spacious and clean apartment in a central location
--- Large, spacious ,clean and Well-equipped apartment with excellent location. --- There was some problem with the wifi but the hotel staff solved the problem. --- We were a little afraid to use the elevator because the door was not opened the first time we used it. --- They need to update the staff regarding the procedure for replacing towels since in the mail we received it was written that there was no problem replacing, but the staff member was not "enthusiastic" about the idea of changing our towel. --- If you arrive on Saturday, I suggest that you prefer a non-frontal apartment because on Saturday the front is noisy.

Property was very nice. It was local to everything we could have needed such as convenience shop, metro station, restaurants, and shopping. Room was nice, beds comfortable. My only complaint for this property was that the shower was unclean. It had a lot of black looking mold in between the tiles in the shower. If they were to have cleaned that, I would have no complaint at all!

Lovely central location in safe area.
This apartment was large and there was everything we needed. The location was excellent and everything was as advertised. Just a couple of small issues. We planned our arrival to check in at 3 and the room was not ready until after 4 which was very inconvenient as were tired. Also the springs in the mattress were gone in one side of the double bed so a little uncomfortable as was the sofa bed. Finally, although the reception was always staffed the customer service was not as friendly or helpful as in other places. However, these are minor grips and I would recommend these apartments to others.

Central suite
Good location, near to 2 metro lines and only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Madrid. Generally a quiet place. Local supermarket less than 100 metres away. Apartment is reasonable size. Only air condition in one bedroom not both 😣

Lovely apartment. Great location.
We were a group of 6 and our stay at the apartment was lovely. The apartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The apartment was in a great location with the metro being only a few minutes walk and a 15 minutes walk to Gran Via, central Madrid. The area around the apartment was fairly quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and is ideal for families. Would stay here if ever in Madrid again.

Great location!
It was a little tricky finding the place. But trust your map, it's right where it is supposed to be. It's located a short walk from the metro and literally yards away from one of the major streets of the city. The accommodations are quite adequate. We didn't spend much time there, honestly, because we were out seeing the sights most of the time. The terrace was where we spent a lot of time. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple looking for somewhere to stay in Madrid.

Wonderful stay at Madrid Central Suites
Overall it is a very good experience. Location is good as it was near the Tribunal metro and also walking distance to Calle de Fuencarral where all the shops are. It is also near many good restaurants. Apartment facilities are new and well equipped. Service of the staffs are commendable as they are very helpful. They may want to improve on the shower screen as water splash out to the toilet floor all the time.

Spacious apartment in excellent location
We recently enjoyed a short stay at Madrid Central Suites. The apartment was very spacious for a Spanish apartment. The location was also close enough for us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza del Sol. It was also a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We were also only one block from a metro stop. I hope to go back and spend a longer vacation here one day soon.

Self contained, central location
This property was fully self contained & fairly centrally located. In between Bilboa & Tribunal metro stops or an easy safe walk to Gran Via/Plaza del Sol and other local sites. There are property managers on site who can help with bookings/taxis etc. only dowgall was the unit was not ready until after 5pm, 3 hours after official ‘check-in’ time which was a bit annoying, but they held our luggage until it was ready.

You are completely right to have expected to check-in on time, however sometimes the cleaning workload gets the better of our team and nothing can be done. A collection of apartments were left very dirty on that day so our team took far longer than expected and we weren't able to get any extra helpers.
