The hotel was fine, parking was really secure. Not much to do in the area as industrial, but 2 or 3kms away you have all you need. Staff were nice and friendly.

Buen restaurante en el hotel
Lo tomamos por estar cerca del aeropuerto y no está tan cerca, está en una zona industrial lejos de todo, pero el restaurante de ahí es bueno y la gente muy amable. El taxi nos cobro 25 euros por ir al hotel y lo mismo por ir al aeropuerto.

It is a great place to stay en route. Staff were very friendly and helpful, my Spanish is terrible and the staff were excellent. Restaurant provided a very tasty meal with nice local wines. Location is an industrial park will quick airport access.

The property is a good in-and out place if you’re traveling out of the airport close by. It’s in an industrial area so don’t expect to walk to restaurants or shopping.

Lamento mucho la mala percepción que ha tenido con respecto a algunos servicios, nuestro personal trabaja para que el trato al cliente sea una de nuestras prioridades. Con respecto a la TV, nuestra recepción se encuentra abierta las 24 horas podríamos haberle hecho un cambio de habitación. Staff were great they couldnt be more helpful but the hotel is in an industrial estate. complementary water on the first night but not on the second. The safe didnt work theres no tea or coffee in the room .34euro in a taxis from the airport 27euro to go back theres no courtesy bus.this is the first review ived done in 20years of travelling,$539 AUD for 2 nights in a very below average hotel i feel like ived been ripped off.

Not an airport hotel as listed/advertised
The hotel is ok. Good sized room... though not luxurious in any way. My very significant problem was that the hotel was (and is still listed as such on their signage) as Hotel Advant Airport and the prior listings on hotels.com indicated shuttle service service. Imagine my surprise when the hotel staff told me there was no shuttle service and that a name change was coming to remove the airport from their name. Very misleading on the part of the hotel and hotels.com

Lamentamos lo ocurrido con el servicio del shuttle, desde hace más de 3 años que no ofrecemos este servicio, el cual no aparece en la website oficial de nuestro hotel. Su reserva fue efectuada, según nos dice, por Hotels.com, agencia que no es proveedor oficial directo nuestro, sus reservas nos llegan a través de Expedia, que sí lo es. Hablaremos con esta website para solucionar esta discordancia. Muchas gracias y saludos cordiales

Very clean and new hotel. But it was not close to the airport as indicated on Expedia. The cab cost 30 e to get to the Airport. If you include the cost of the cab ride and the cost of the hotel you might as well stay at a more luxurious hotel near the airport that has a free shuttle and you can also sleep in later. You are also a long way from the city. If you have a car and are not going to the airport it's a very nice hotel. Going to the airport stay someplace else
