El lugar cumple la relación costo-beneficio. Buena ubicación, cerca de metro iglesia. Esta en el 5to nivel, si funciona el elevador, pero si no, si fuera un problema. Fui con mi novia, 3 noches. En general bien, solo para descansar y dormir por la noches. Solo el colchon, algo incomodo.

Perfect stay!
The rooms are finally as shown in the pictures!! Lovely are and staff the rooms are clean and very comfortable. I'll surely be staying here again 4 star comfort (well except for the part where you are not allowed to bring some one to your room after 22h) besides that it's simply amazing!

If you are looking for a central place to stay on a budget, don’t stay in this property. Was charged additional 60% of the room rate ion check in because of checking in after 10pm ! Totally unexpected and unreasonable charge administered by a rude staff. They charge on a pre-paid reservation.

OK for short stay
Adequate room with decent ensuite and comfortable bed but no tea/coffee making facilities and no breakfast available at the hotel. Receptionist refused to book me a taxi for 9.30 the day of my departure stating that he would not be on reception until 10. When I suggested he did it the evening before he just shrugged and said he could not. Very strong smell of cleaning fluid after room had been serviced.

A Hidden Gem!
When I stay in Madrid, I usually end up staying in the centre of the city right next to Puerta del Sol. But on my last visit, I found myself growing tired of fighting through the crowds as I made my way back to my accommodation. So after a quick search, I found this place. Situated in Plaza de Chamberí, just a short walk from the nearest metro station at Iglesia (Line 1) and close to Bilbao (Lines 1 and 4) and Alonso Martinez (Lines 4,5 and 10). It is a great area for dining out, with plenty of cafés in the immediate vicinity for your desayuno and plenty of other dining options around Bilbao. The accommodation itself is not flashy, but the room was extremely comfortable. Perhaps the lack of storage space would cause problems on a longer stay, but for a couple of nights, it's perfect. Also make sure to visit Anden 0, an old metro station which has been converted into a museum, located just outside the entrance. Admission is free and it's well worth a look!

Great location and affordable
Nice hostel with single and double rooms. Very reasonably priced. Close to metro and buses. Hot water, cable tv, and 5g WiFi. Small bathroom and showers and nothing fancy. Friendly staff. Great if your just traveling and need to nice place to sleep.

They should provide some toiletries in the bathroom such as soap, toothpaste so on and so forth. Also, the one managing the reception should be bilingual ( know English to deal better with international tourists)

For the price it is very good.
Location is OK, except person must stay by the street door until somebody answers the ringing bell which at hotel desk on 5th floor. May facilities are around the building such as grocery store, restaurants, etc. Subway is about five minutes walk.

Clean, convenient and comfortable
Very clean, very functional, simply furnished with everything I needed, near Subway, pleasant welcome and helpful staff. Nice and quiet during the night too. Great WiFi strength, which is not always the case in such places. Exceptional value for money. Easy to access due to lift although on high floor. I was perfectly happy here and will certainly book again when visiting daughter who is living here (in a student flat which is no good for my needs!). My room had a shower and sink and the loo was just down the hall, which didn’t really cause any problems. The shower was equipped with 2 in 1 shampoo and the sink had nice liquid hand soap which were unexpected bonuses. It was an interior room with a small openable window onto the common area, from where the cool air circulated into my room and I had a fan which was efficient and quite quiet. When my room was made up (daily), it was beautifully presented with clean towels and attention to detail. Handy shops and cafes nearby. Nothing wrong here. I’ll be back, thank you.

Located in a very good neighborhood , but very hard to find the entry door really comfortable but the room smell like they just painted which kind of ruined it .they need a sign in the building so people know where to call I call the neighbors when I was there it was not nice specially if you don't know how to speak Spanish

I got a basic room and it was right next the shared bathroom - which means I could hear all the time people using the bathroom. On top of this the entire Hostal smells really bad especially at the morning. The room itself was a basic one so I was not expecting anything but cleanness was disappointing. There were lots of hair on the floor, the towels and duvet were not on point, I want to believe they were washed before but with spots here and there. The bathroom was always not clean neither which make it impossible to use, plus the fact that both in the morning and at night was always busy.

Lo único bueno ha sido la ubicación. En la habitación no había ni espejo. La primera vez que pregunté por una manta extra me dijeron que no, tuve que medio imponerme para que me dieran algo extra con que pasarme para no pasar frio. el jabón del baño es de mala calidad y las toallas también. Es caro para la calidad del alojamiento.

En general, todo estaba bastante bien. Los únicos problemillas que diría es que cuesta mucho que el agua de la ducha salga caliente, y que el check-out no es a la hora que pone en la web (12:00) sino a las 11. Considero que deberían avisarlo.

No entiendo porque lo venden como un hostal de 2 estrellas cuando en realidad es una pensión de una estrella y cabe decir que como pension está bien pero me costó encontrarlo por qué es en una quinta planta de un edificio que en ningún momento señala que hay exista un hotel
