The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. Surprisingly the bath towels were big and soft. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking but it looks like lots of hotels charge for parking in France. Funny how while waiting the lobby to get checked in a mouse came in through the front doors.

My wife and I spent a memorable 9 days in a beautiful and spacious top floor suite as she recuperated from surgery. The staff were caring and attended to our every need. Excellent food and a comprehensive breakfast - the hotel and staff have our highest recommendation and thanks.

Great space with lots of room
Traveling on business but wanted something with a kitchenette. I was blown away at the size of this space! Very inviting and only wished I had been able to make better use of it. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff (especially given my limited French). Safe and quiet, in spite of my room facing the busy street. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, very chic & comfortable. We were in a renovated room, which was beautiful. Really helpful, multilingual staff. Easy walk to Parc de la Tete d'Or, which is lovely, & into all the central sites.

Extended Stay Nice
Nice hotel, very comfortable beds. Not as close to metro links as I would have liked. Very clean and well appointed rooms, however, it would have been nice to have an iron or even a corkscrew in the room. Not necessarily a fully equipped kitchen without a corkscrew in the kitchen in France. I bought a bottle of wine and had to go down to the bar to “borrow” a corkscrew only to be told to bring it right back. That set the tone for me!

Nice location close to Parc de la tête d'or. Spacious and comfortable. It would have been great if the property had informed us there would be construction work going on (loud drilling and hammering) in the morning, especially with a toddler.

I had an emergency on the way to the hotel, my car broke down and i was stuck on the highway with my son, i contacted the hotel instantly to tell them and they still charged me the full rate, i even arrived at the hotel the following day after finally been rescued with a hire car, they charged me full for another night., vedy sad 😥 the decor is very old and dated and the car park is horrendous m, the balconies are a death trap! Stay away from this terrible hotel they will rob you. An emergency is an emergency! Have a heart

A great stay for our family
The room was great for our family of 5! Spacious and luxurious if a little oldie. Breakfast was not the best organised but the food was good and fresh. We faced a problem with our car before our departure and the receptionist was amazing finding us a garage open on Saturday afternoon and a fantastic place to eat!

This is a beautiful hotel, you don't just get a bedroom and a bathroom, you get a whole apartment for your stay! Helpful, very professional staff, really clean and comfortable, great breakfast with friendly, courteous restaurant staff. Gorgeous hotel decor. A lovely location opposite le Parc tête d'or, which is a beautiful place to walk and has a free zoo inside too. Quiet neighbourhood. Bus stops just outside to get you around Lyon. We will definately be re-visiting this hotel, for us it was perfect, as just around the corner from our French family members. Merci beaucoup Hotel Warwick Reine Astrid!

Good option for families
Really nice facilities, as expected. Room was much bigger than we thought, which was good with our 1-month old. It’s a nice walk to the city centre, which we really enjoyed.

Unfortunately we are stayed one night but we have enjoyed this moment. The location is amazing. The premium suite with multiple view is just the best place for a family. We were satisfied.

Loved our stay here
As a couple with a young baby, we absolutely loved the space and facilities in the suite. Great to be just opposite the park and zoo, and we found great places to eat within a short walk too.

Great room--needs coffee
This was a great spot for two friends traveling together. The accomodations were roomy. I only wish that there had been a coffee or espresso maker in the room!! A nice cup of espresso to get started in the morning would have made the experience perfect.

It is a great location with the Park next door which is truly wonderful for spending time in. The walk into town is about 20 minutes and is lovely.

Hotel with a good position not so as 4 stars
Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit outdated. Space for sleep very good. Even if a sum of money was blocked on my credit card, the card was rejected on check in so I had to pay from another card. Services could be better. Even is rated as a 4 stars hotel is more close to 3 stars

Overall a very good hotel, clean and nice. Located next to a parc aside from main touristic areas. Having a small kitchenette in the room is a definite plus. I’d only suggest to add some kitchen ustensiles, for example a good knife.
