Situé proche de la gare de Lyon Perrache et du centre ville, idéal pour le tourisme, si l'on fait abstraction du fait que les fenêtres donnent sur la gare , très bonne isolation phonique cependant. Chambre propre , lit confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié pris dans une salle au décor cosy. Les personnes à l'accueil sont chaleureuses et aimables , accueil 5 etoiles !!

The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very responsive and helpful in general directions like tram info and eateries. They were friendly and courteous. The location is conveniently across the street from the bus terminal.

Personnel parfait. Prestation largement pas à la hauteur des attentes. Rouille dans la douche et sur des équipements, interrupteurs, télécommande tv, poignées de portes… poisseux. Peintures écaillées… Mauvaises odeurs dans les communs et dans la chambre… Aspect général absolument pas à la hauteur des trois étoiles annoncées. Dommage le personnel est agréable.

Danke an das sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal am Empfang. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns geholfen beim Zimmerwechsel. Die Standardzimmer sind in einem schlechtem und unrenoviertem Zustand. Unbedingt das Zimmerupgrade buchen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise das Zimmer wechseln und zum Schluss war alles super.
