"Wow, what a place! If you're looking for somewhere to properly switch off and unwind, this is it. Everything you need is right there and the whole vibe is just so relaxed. Our stay was made even more special by our host Junior — honestly, what a legend. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was sorting something out or pointing us in the direction of great spots to visit, he went above and beyond every single time. Junior, you're a star! The place was really clean, breakfast was lovely, and we liked that you could have a good natter with other guests over a coffee if you were in the mood. Location-wise, you're perfectly placed for trips to Luz, Burgau and Lagos — great for days out and finding somewhere nice for dinner. We'll 100% be back and would recommend this place to anyone!"

"An avid traveler for years, this hidden gem is one of the top places I have ever stayed compelling me to write a review which I normally don’t do. Special thanks go to the amazing staff: Hilario, Ricardo, Tatiana and Miguel! The cleaning ladies were super amazing as well, they did a thorough job and were very pleasant! The ocean view room on the 2nd floor was very spacious; had all the amenities and we had breakfast a couple of times in our balcony enjoying the beautiful views and the sun! Stayed here end of May for a week ( fam of three) and it was very peaceful as place wasn’t full with guests yet. Very kid friendly and close to the beaches of Burgau and Luz, about 10 min car ride. I enjoyed the sauna as well and had 3 of my other family members staying at another place visiting one afternoon and it wasn’t frowned upon. Highly recommend it!!"

"We have stayed here before and the hotel is now tired. Weeds growing on pathways / at pool. Flower beds not maintained. The sun loungers are past it and consequently uncomfortable. There were 2 only umbrellas for 3 pool areas and limited options for shade. There was work going on but too late for this stage of the season, particularly having 1 pool completely closed off. Room was fine but a couple of pictures and a soft chair would help. The loo seat needs replaced….. very bad. Breakfast - in 2026 this is just sub standard. I’m sure many judge a place by the breakfast. Coffee - poor. 2 shabby toasters. Honey in a big pot with a spoon that just about reaches. Someone needs to think about it all. Potential is all there."

"Great place to stay in Luz just a little walk to fantastic restaurants and a grocery store Beach is close and only 10 min drive to Lagos. The only thing that could be better is if they provided us with more laundry tabs and some dish soap!"

"I stayed a couple of nights in this nicely maintained and well managed hotel that is about a 15 minute drive to central Lagos. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, safety deposit box and mini fridge. There was plenty of closet space and a cosy backyard patio facing towards a nicely landscaped garden and swimming pool area. The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer and soap dispenser. The water pressure was excellent with copious amounts of hot water available. The hotel staff were professional, courteous and spoke English. There was ample free parking available for my rent a car. I would definitely stay here again when in the Lagos region."

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was boutique with personalized touch points. The staff was super kind and remembered our breakfast preferences every morning, and were especially helpful whenever we had questions about what to do or see around the Algarve. It's also perfectly located between Luz and Lagos! The room was spacious and the view was stunning, it felt truly like the perfect reset for my nervous system to see the ocean view and hear the birds chirping every morning. Couldn't recommend it more!"
