I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Albert at the front desk. I was only staying one night but ended up getting the stomach virus and was very, very sick. I was alone so I called my wife and asked her for help. She called the hotel and asked for someone to help me. Albert got me gatorade, water bottles, a snack and another blanket. He brought it to my room in less than 10 minutes. Then he called me later in the night to check on me and see if I needed anything before the kitchen closed. I cannot express how much I appreciated his kindness and help. Albert went above and beyond to help me.

Arriving early am from Florida to attend a friend’s wake/funeral that afternoon, and the check in staff was so very helpful to get me into a room early so I could freshen up and change for the service. Staff kept me updated as to room availability and I was offered coffee and pastries while I waited to complete my check in.

Check in experience wasn’t good. Young lady checking me in wasn’t very pleasant. Hotel wasn’t busy and when I arrived the front desk young lady’s were not busy but the young lady who checked me in behaved like I was bothering her. Also I paid in full on Expedia but was required to pay a $100 deposit on a $150 room. She told about breakfast in the morning but failed to advise me it was at a cost. The breakfast wasn’t very good but the male waiter I had was great

It was a nice property, why the charge 10.00 dllrs for parking and why 100.00 dllrs charge for security, guests without dogs like me, should be allowed to get rooms in higher floors!
