Clean but noisy and far from the bathroom
I stayed in single room with shared bathroom one floor away. Not good when you are woken at 2.30 due to telephone conversation next door....and I have hearing aids which I don’t wear when trying to sleep!

Review
The hotel room I received was very small. I only stayed here for my last night in London because the hotel I was staying in before had no more rooms available. I felt that it was a good place to stay for a night and not any longer than that.

Very nice place conveniently located in Winbledon.
This was a good, pleasant experience. Keep in mind that like many European hotels, there are no elevators or A/C. The Wifi was good, not noisy, plenty of hot water, so no complaints.

Staff on reception were brilliant. Very welcoming and helpful. Only thing to note is that car parking doesn’t really exist. Only around 2 spaces for the whole hotel

The most expensive cost per metre in London.
The smallest room I have ever seen. I understand it was shared bathroom but there wasn't even a sink. It was basically a single bed, wardrobe and side table. That's it.

Lovely convenient hotel. Very quiet. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Just what is needed when you are spending your time exploring London. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant

Nice hotel in Wimbledon
The hotel isn't far from the train station, so it's convenient. Wimbledon seems quiet enough and safe enough at night. The bed was v comfortable, although the room was small. The food in the adjoining cafe was excellent, but the prices didn't match the prices advertised in the book of information in the room.

Close to Tube (about 15 mins dragging luggage)
I stayed two nights here and found it adequate for my needs. The single room with bathroom was bigger than other single rooms. Everything worked! The price was reasonable for London. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

An excellent small hotel well located near the centre of Wimbledon. Great value for money. Also the breakfast in the acfe attached (extra cost) was delicious and again good value. Highly recommended

Overall the place was OK. Staff were friendly but the room I stayed in was tiny...only just enough room for a single bed and my case basically! I rang the morning of checking in and confirmed that there would be a ironing board + iron that I could use. When I arrived there was no ironing boards so I had to iron my clothes on the floor, which was hard in the tiny room! Also, 2 of the 3 mornings I stayed the shower had no hot water, which wasn't great!

Dear Tim, thank you for your much appreciated feedback, some rooms are bigger than others, we do have iron and board that we give to guests, not sure what happened there. Had you reported the hot water issue to reception, we would have found a solution. Sorry that your experience was not a good one.

Great location
Fantastic location near centre of Wimbledon town. Staff were extremely nice which in my experience is unusual for any part of London. Room was small but comfortable. As expected for a single. Shower was not warm except for the occasional blast of heat. My other half said I came home with my clothes smelling of damp. Mmmm

Only a few observations. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I had to ask for a replenishment of a shower gel sachet. The radiator didn’t work. On balance I had windows I could open (no air con) which I prefer and the room an public areas of the hotel were clean and well lit

Great location
I stayed one night here with my boyfriend to spend weekend in london. The location was great 5 minutes to Wimbledon station. The room was clean and staff were very polite. The price for the area is reasonable. I definitely come again.

Convenient for wimbledon
Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and ok for what we needed. Room was well heated and controllable for comfort. Bed could have done with a memory foam mattress topper we could feel the springs! Bathroom clean with nice big towels! Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast menu in hotel cafe looked a bit odd and £7 for what is basically a bowl of cereal seemed rather pricey so we have it a miss!

Great value
Excellent value for money. Quite basic but very clean and provides all needs for a short stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall I was very impressed. Particularly special was the café attached where breakfast is available ... organic, gluten free, lovely ambience.
